We were looking for a nice spot for girls’ night, and this turned out to be the perfect place! It has the charm of a cozy French café, warm, inviting, and stylish. The menu isn’t very long, but everything we tried was delicious. We had the watermelon salad, croque, chicken, and both the crème brûlée and chocolate desserts, all were excellent. The wine selection was also impressive and paired nicely with our meal. Highly recommend for a relaxed and elegant evening out!

L'Amitié Bistro is a must try. My partner and I have visited a few times now and it just gets better. The decor is so charming and the restraunt has that earthy polished vibe. All the staff have been so nice everytime and the owner was such a joy to meet. I really love the server we've had each visit she is very attentive. The prices are great, food is delicious. Easily on my list of Denton favorites! Also- all their vegetarian options are phenomenal!

My first time there. The atmosphere was very pleasant but we waited way too long to get our waitress over to take our order though she was pleasant enough. I had the grilled chicken wrap which seemed to thrown together with some spoiled lettuce inside. The potato chips were stale so it was disappointing for me. My friend had breakfast, want decaf coffee but they don't offer that or so we were told. She did not finish her breakfast. Sorry, had high hopes or maybe they just weren't on point today? For some reason I can't upload pictures...

Went here for a reservation at 1pm they told us it would take 10 min to get a table cleaned off. 30 min later were still sitting in the lobby no one else waiting and almost all the tables empty a couple walks in 30 min later and get seated right away horrible staff will never go again

The food and drinks are fantastic! The food is really good and the coffee was not only good but was the perfect temperature for drinking almost as soon as it was brought to my table. I loved the atmosphere of the place, it felt open and the design felt whimsical and clean.

Wait was 30 months at 12:30 on a Sunday. By the time we were seated it had grown to an hour wait. Plenty of empty un bussed tables. We were sat at a tiny bistro table truly too small for meal service as another couple changed to a larger table. Food was good but the execution was not there. 30 min wait for food after ordering, came out semi warm and follow up by waitress is not happening. Been waiting now 20 min to pay our tab.
Once again good food but obviously understaffed, or under motivated or lackluster management.
Everything about this place is just exceptional. The decor, the music, and don’t get me started on the food. I ordered the french toast and it was most delicious thing i’ve ever tasted. If you haven’t visited L’Amitie you’re really missing out.

If you love lemon/blueberry flavors you can’t pass up this place! We found this place looking for something different for breakfast than the usual suspects and were surprised by how good everything was here.
Strawberry Matcha was on point, bacon was crispy, french toasts fluffy as a cloud!
But the true favorite was the lemon/blueberry crepes! These are incredible, worth coming here just for those. I recommend pairing with something salty, I went with breakfast potatoes but bacon should work great too.
The place is also very pretty with art all over the walls, and a real cute spot for pictures! Very very trendy.
