Dude I ordered from these guys for pick up and they didn’t have like 5 drinks options- I had to settle on a water bottle. Then the employees that packed my meal failed to mention they were also out of laynes sauce and gravy and gave me a ranch instead which I discovered when I opened my meal at home. Terrible customer service.

This is my first time at a Lane's, I came up from FW - I really love the atmosphere :] My fries arrived a little cold lol but everything else was fresh. I love the Layne's sauce!

Food was good, restaurant was roomy, but the drink station had an abundance of gnats around it.
It says they close at 10:31 on here but I arrived at 9:46 to locked doors and the open sign already off.

The fingers are good, love the fries, but the half filled sauce cups make me saddened. I'd say this place is as good as the other one, except the portion size.

Seems like a lot of changes underwent recently with new management. I used to love all the artwork around the place but it has since all been taken down. The staff seems completely understaffed and overworked in general with no smiling faces anymore. The place seems dirtier and just an unhappy place to be around now. Too bad they used to have some really friendly employees!

New Management and Owners are horrible! The establishment is going down hill, the chicken used to be delicious and now it’s barely edible. And I have seen first hand (from an in-store experience) how they handle employees that they don’t like and it’s very disrespectful, and dehumanizing. Definitely not going back….
