Every time I walk in to this one, there's rarely pizza hot and ready. Don't be surprised if you have to wait 15 minutes for your pizza, plus 5-15 minutes just to get in the door to put your order in during peak times. BUT (update) now that I've started using the app to purchase online, the portal pickup is a breeze. Wait time from order to pickup is usually about 15-20 minutes.

Used to I'd probably put a five star but every time I've been recently it just doesn't seem like a Little Caesars anymore still has the same look but now it just feels like a third party outlet every time I go in there if they happen to have a hot and ready it's hot but definitely not ready almost like the pizza gets pushed halfway through not even cooked all the way there's been quite a few good employees but haven't seen their faces and a long time and some in a while and for instance how it goes like they were closed and it was 15 minutes past 10:00 and I pulled up not knowing they had closed at 10:00 went inside because the door was unlocked stood there waiting for about 4 minutes and then three people came around to the front to inform me they were closed and I was asking since I had been standing there already waiting they told me they couldn't do anything about it which knowing being in retail myself they dang sure could have but depending on the owner response I will adjust the rating hoping that things will be made right and as far as this review goes don't let it deter you from going if you're looking for something fast I would not recommend but still they have fairly good options for food hope this helps. The pizza is pretty good, but a 45 minute wait every time for just okay to pretty good pizza is insane. This store is so poorly managed they just don't care to properly staff the store. Its a waste of time when you could have an amazing one hand made in that time... Just shameful go anywhere else

Twice over last 2 days the pizza is half cooked. Very BAD. Hurts your stomach.
Ok, idk how this keeps happening, but it’s the third time. I have asked for garlic sauce in my last 3 door dashes from them and they have either forgotten it or gave me another sauce, if it was ounce it wouldn’t care, but 3 times? How? It’s like I’m being scammed out of the extra money it costs for sauce. Again, how does this happen 3 times?

Placed mobile order at 3:40pm for pickup at 5:15pm. Upon arrival I found 12 people already waiting in the small lobby. It took at least 5 minutes for an employee to come to the front. Despite having plenty of time to have made my order, I didn't get it until 5: 39pm. What is the point of pre-ordering if you're still going to have to wait nearly 30 minutes?
