Love ordering online and grabbing the pizza from the warmer! Consistantly yummy!!

Waited for 20 minutes for my pizza which I knew I would. Then I go in there and the girl just lets me stand there for another 15 minutes she don't ask me she knows who I am and then my pizza have been ready in the warmer

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I had pickup order for crazy puffs and I waited for almost 50 MINUTES. That’s unacceptable. The cashier was polite but she wasn’t honest about how much longer it would be. She kept telling me it was almost done almost FOURA TIMES. Don’t waste ur money or time here

Don't use this delivery service ever. You may not get your order that night. The delivery drivers don't speak english. I cannot read addresses. Doordash won't do anything but refund your order and it takes up 7 days. The store won't do anything about it. And you're just out of money and food.

WORST customer service at this location. No pizzas ever ready when they open, rude manager. Do NOT recommend this location, plus the employees all seem to not care or they are High! Do yourself a favor and go to dominoes across the street!

Edit June 14, 2025. This happened to me for the second time. I ordered the pizza like half an hour before and waited it to be complete and went to shop. They told me they can’t find the pizza. And told me that they will remake the pizza. I know little Caesars is good. Hope they will fix this issue.!
Everytime I place an order here they never seem to have it? Came in today with an order pickup and the guy said he never saw my name so now I have to wait 20 minutes for them to make another one. Not only did I have to wait but they made the wrong pizza and the worker tried to offer me 1$ off 😐.

The place is dirty, they have gave me the wrong order several times, I ordered something on the phone told me it was gonna be 25 min. and it’s been more than 40 and I’m still waiting on the pizza, not to be rude but this been going on for a good while by now
