Staff needs re-training on deep dish assembly. No one wants a soggy middle and bare outer edge. The key to a good deep dish lies in the crispy, cheesy corners and edge. That's why the pizza is square; so that every piece has a delicious, cheesy corner. Heaping all the toppings in the middle defeats the entire purpose of the pizza.
The deep dish PUFFS are always correct! Since it's a newer item, the staff was likely recently trained in their assembly.
Update 3/10/25: I take back what I said about the puffs. Last round of puffs were extremely variable in size, toppings, and freshness. Italian cheesy bread was mostly just bread.

I placed my order at 6:25 with an expected delivery of 7:03, after waiting for a while at 7:15 i decided to call the story as my delivery window was now 7:30 and my tracker showed the food had still not been picked up yet. The store let me know the food had been picked up but there was nothing they could do as it's handled through a third party and i would need to call another number as they cannot refund or replace my order. I decided to wait a bit longer and at 7:35 my order had been cancelled.
I then called the third party delivery support and was informed my order was picked up by the wrong driver and that is why my order was cancelled. The person on the phone then let me know they would process a refund but could not reissue my order or provide any compensation for my order.
I am aware this is not directly the stores fault but there are so many bad systems in place that allowed another driver to take the order for me. The fact the store cannot fix issues with orders placed online and has to redirect customers, and the fact even the support line can only issue a refund. Let alone the disinterested tone of the employees who i spoke with.
I just wanted a simple Pizza order and spent 1 hour and 45 min waiting for food and on the phone with support teams to find out what happened with still the end goal of just getting food only to get a refund and be told to reorder.

The girl at the counter was super friendly when I walked in. The puff site were not pre-made so I had to wait about 10 minutes which means I got them super hot and fresh. They also don't have parmesan anymore sadly but they do have a topping she thought had parmesan in it but it doesn't but it's still like kind of an Italian seasoning and added to the flavor. Now I know that I need to order ahead of time when I am using this location.

I placed an order over 2 hours in advance @ 4:21 to be ready at 6:30. I showed up at 6:30 to pick it up, only to keep getting told that it's not ready yet. When I asked how long it would be, I was told maybe 10 minutes. After asking 20 minutes later, they told me it was being prepared (this implies that it is on the prepared station or going into the oven. Now, after another 10 minutes, I asked how much longer it was, only to be told it was being prepared again. When I asked for an ETA, I was told over 30 minutes, which would be over an hour after my order, should have been ready. When I asked for a refund, the manager told the person at the register that he was too busy right now. After 5 minutes pass, he comes up and gives me a refund. Now, during my over 30 minutes there, I have heard the people working on the pizza, shouting, and cheering for the football game. These same people were also complaining about how busy it was and for orders to be turned off. From what could be seen by me, they were horseplaying and joking around. I would rather pay more for pizza from another place than considering ever giving Little Ceasars my time and money.

I love the pizza but the crazy bread has shrunk it is it just me before it was thick heavy crust crazy bread now it's skinny and thin crazy bread like there is no fat to the bread which is really annoying. But the pizza is delicious the wait time is ok I just be on my phone to pass the time. I just don't know why they can't have fat heavy crazy bread as they do for pizza's to

I give it a 1 star for their food delivery. I understand it's not the drivers fault, but I ordered 3 pizzas on the 3rd of September. Only received 1. I then called to tell them hey where's my other 2. I was told they would give me a complete refund. And nothing yet. Today is the 24th. And no refund yet. Just fair warning don't order delivery anymore. Now we're on the 30th and no refund yet smh.
