We usually love Marco's Pizza. In this economy it's a rare treat for us, so we were pretty disappointed when we opened the box and this is what we got.

It’s very clear that the employees do not read the online order tickets this has been the 3rd time in a row that my order has been incorrect I always request triangle cut on my thin cut pizza and it’s always cut in square’s, I attempted to help them by requesting the pizza not be cut at all this time and I also request triple old style pepperoni only and like usual they added regular pepperoni i have been trying to be understanding but I will take my business elsewhere here’s the proof

The biggest issue was the delivery process. Our pizza sat for a long time after it was marked as done, waiting for a third-party “courier” to pick it up. It took nearly 40 minutes to receive our order after the order was placed, even though the store is only about 2 miles away. By the time it arrived, the pizza was lukewarm and we had to reheat it in the oven just to enjoy it.
I strongly suggest Marco’s consider hiring dedicated delivery drivers, similar to Domino’s. Relying on couriers clearly impacts food quality and the overall customer experience. The couriers don’t even use pizza warming bags.
On top of that, the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was excessive! We had at least 2 to 3 inches of crust before the toppings even started on a medium pizza, which felt pretty ridiculous and unbalanced.

Placed an order at 8 o clock and when we finally got home an hour and an half later opened the box and found the order was wrong. Which nothing wrong with that mistakes happen and it’s an easy fix. However when I called up to the store the person who answered the phone… Carmen, was very rude and when I offered to bring the pizza back up there because what do we have to lie about, said she didn’t care about that because she made the order herself. She then stated what do you want me to do about it we have 30 minutes til close and that she could remake it or credit me, which again I had no problem with as mistakes happen, she was however very rude for no reason.

We used to order at Marco's Pizza when we lived at our former residence. That location was on I believe University St. Now in our present residence, on E. McKinney St. I figured that we could order at the one on Teasley, since it's not too far. Well, my beautiful sister ordered me a medium combination pizza along with some chicken wings in the amount of 15. When the order was what I asked for, the toppings were pepperoni, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and black olives with extra cheese. I received the pizza, ate it, and of course it was good, but going further, I found MUSHROOMS in it! I did not ASK for mushrooms-just what I asked for on the pizza! Come on now! This can not be this hard to understand what I want! Considering the fact that it's cut in squares, (which I don't like) y'all need to do better!

Pizza was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. I usually go for the bbq chicken pizza! Marcos has better pizza than any of the other large pizza places. Their wings are great too!
