Ordered the hot honey pizza two times and it did not have hot honey. The first time I ordered this pizza it was amazing. I filled out a survey and I’m guessing the manager Eric called me and left a voicemail, I was at work and when I called back and left a voicemail I never received a response. Marcos used to be my favorite but now im pretty disappointed with them.

Waited over an hour to get a salad and a drink delivered to me. Promise delivery time was 6:58pm. I called at 7:08pm and they told me it would be 20 more minutes. I finally got my order at 7:57, an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. Salad isn't even made properly! A Greek salad is made with banana peppers not green peppers. Every time I order from the store off university, they either mess up my order or they don't deliver it when they say they will. I will order at the marcos off Teasley from now on, they always get my order right.

Order a pizza with a promised time of 7:47PM. At 8:05PM I call to inquire about my pizza and it’s still in the building. I then decide to pick it up myself but on the drive up there, thought it was best to just get a refund. The wife and I walk in, and a young man named Roman was the shift leader. He asked if this was the order changed from delivery to carryout and I suggested if it’s helpful to understand why we did. I then begin to provide feedback on expectations when Roman interrupts me and says, “I don’t care, shut the **** up.” My wife was standing right beside me. We will never eat at Marcos Pizza again. This kid had a smile on his face the whole time as I suggested “using profanity at a paying customer isn't wise”. He then replied, “you’re not paying customer anymore, you got your refund. I’ve already contacted the owner in an email about this situation and was told it would be handled accordingly. Terrible for a first time experience.
I am extremely impressed after eating here for the first time, and I will absolutely be back! The pizza was amazing, the staff (for the most part) were great! I love it, and I highly recommend! ???

UPDATE: called Tuesday and spoke with some who took down my name and phone number and said owner would call me that day or next day. It is now Sunday and still nothingPlaced a delivery order that was ordered at 7:45pm and promised at 8:15pm. Called the store at 8:30pm, said they only had 1 driver and he had left already. I am less than 2 miles from the store and it did not deliver for another 30 minutes. Food was cold and not great. Called and spoke with Roman who was said to be manager and said he could remake order and when I did not want it remade to take another hour he said he could not do anything else for me. When I asked for a phone number of someone who could I was told that he did not have one and nobody could do anything else.

Ordered online at 5:20. Promise time of 5:50. Emailed at 5:40 saying pizza was in oven. 6:25 called because no pizza or email update. Said it was going to be another 45 minutes. I live half a mile away. Had to cancel, not worth the wait.So they brought it anyways? But they forgot my cheese sticks, 1.5 hours after.

I've never left a review before, but visiting here made me feel like I needed to leave oneThe food was delicious, the pepperoni magnifico has so much more flavor than just a normal pepperoni pizza, and my kids loved it so much more. It's a nice little store in Denton, and the staff are very friendly. If you visit the restaurant, ask for Sebastian. He was super helpful, friendly, very cute and helped get the right deals. Always ask what their specials are!! Definitely visiting again!!!
