The food is awesome. Reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will be eating there when I am in Denton.

My friends live near here and we have met them there half a dozen times for dinner. The service is always good. The food-barely adequate. I like the chips. The salsa is good. It is downhill from there. I'd be surprised if the ground beef and shredded chicken didn't come in a bag-fairly tasteless. Nothing seems to be homemade.

Do you like comfort? Honestly, it's the food and the vibe that make this place like an old school Mexican restaurant. Good prices and plenty of food. I hope they are here forever.

My husband and I frequently order delivery from Mazatlan. The food is good, but quality and service is very inconsistent. While we stick to the same meal - combo fajitas for two with large chips and queso, what we receive is rarely the same. Sometimes we get both flour and corn tortillas as we request, sometimes we only get one of the two. Tonight, we only received combo fajitas for one, and as we waited for the restaurant to correct their mistake, part of our order grew cold. They were not willing to do anything for recompense other than a small queso with extra chips. Chips and canned queso does not make up for cold food and waste of consumer time.

I order food here all the time. Quick awesome dinner. Today was not that. Meat burnt not like usual and did not get my salsa. I love them but no more especially for the price I pay.

Do not waste your money or your time here. The person who has been managing this restaurant for this last several years is now a part-owner and does not have any value for his customers, even those established well before his arrival. The service is terrible, the food is not at all what it used to be, and all the things that made this restaurant special for 20 years are extinct. Truly what a pity.

The chips and salsa was good. We tried the Trio fajitas and were disappointed in them, no peppers and big strips of beef and chicken but the shrimp were great. My Mom ordered the chicken taquitos and she said it was good but the chicken was not hardly cut up, huge chunks. Also had the beef street tacos.
This place is always packed, we decided to see what the hype was about given all the reviews.... Worst Mexican food I have ever tasted from the salsa to enchiladas and I am not a picky eater. Service was AMAZING though!

Food was pretty good. A little better than expected service in the beginning was a bit of an issue, but I believe it was the manager who was extremely helpful and kind. I'd like to try the place again since it's a location I didn't even know about
Food was pretty good. Better than average but on the smaller side
