After arriving at my destination 56 mins later from getting $42 worth of food. I had hair in my salad!!!! I was only offered a free replacement, for the 1 entree, not an addition to a full refund of the entree???? I am a FAITHFUL customer, literally eat McAlister’s daily. I have never been offered just a replacement from manager (young woman) after an experience like this. If the roles were switched, she would be demanding a refund and credit for the entree as well. I took photos !!!!

This location has gone down hill hard. The last 3 times we’ve ordered from here it has been wrong or just bad. We ordered tonight through uber eats.. we had missing items (happens every time we order) , ice cold soup and macaroni, and poor quality sandwich that was falling apart. We live 6 minutes away so it’s not the delivery that cooled down the food, it was just plain old served cold. Just don’t understand the lack of care. Is management even existent there?

I guess when you do a pick up order, they decide to barely put any toppings. the old avocado and barely anything on the nachos. The cheese was chunky in the chili, this isn’t worth the $10. Gross

I've been to this location a few times, and I've always ordered carry-out. I can think of one time I had ordered a sandwich ahead, and I came 15 minutes late, and it still wasn't prepared. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store. Thankfully, that was a one-off experience. Other than the mobile ordered has been fantastic and very timely! They have an honor system process where you just grab your meal in a bag from a shelf. Your meal has a sticker receipt with your name on it.
I usually order the Spicy Turkey Melt, which consists of avocado, bacon, chipotle ranch, pepper jack cheese, roasted turkey spring mix lettuce, and tomato on a baguette. I also get a side order of chips, sweet tea, and lemonade for the drink. The sandwich is very consistent in flavor. It's not spicy at all to me, but the blend of ingredients combines in a very scrumptious way. The tea they give you is plentiful in size and is very good in taste. If you're a sweet lover you won't be disappointed!
Eventually, I'll try the other sandwiches. They have so many, but the Spicy Turkey Melt has been the go-to for me. I recommend you give them a try and see for yourself.

Spent half an hour waiting for two sandwiches one of which was a hot sandwich that came out cold. And they forgot the mac and cheese we ordered on the side which we didn't realize until we were home and who goes back out for $3 mac and cheese? Then when I voiced my displeasure that they probably should've let us know there was a bit of a wait, the girl handing off the food just rolled her eyes.
Used to be better but recently it seems like it's been going downhill

I’ve had a few average experiences, but overall the service and food quality is consistent and it’s a place I can depend on. Recently not super clean, but I just look for a table that looks like it has been cleaned if I’m going to sit for a while.
