Sandwich could have been warmer. Soup and Chili Good. When I told the order taker that I didn't want Chuli because of the up charge so I said what about soup and the said ok and told me what was available and I choose one. Got my receipt only to find out that the soup was an upcharge. I said the soup was an upcharge. I said you should have told me if I didn't want thr Chili because of he upxharge. Geez

I ate their today for the first time. Excellent food, great service. I had their club sandwich and a bowl of chili and Unsweet Mango Tea. I highly recommend this place. I will be eating there again when I am in Denton .

I love McAlisters but this location has definitely messed up my last few visits. Today I ordered a chicken salad and they barely put a scoop on it. It’s pathetic. I expect better service for having paid $10 for my meal. Do better.

I got the Pecanberry salad here with grilled chicken and the chicken was cold and looked days old it was terrible and gave me a stomachache, the only thing fresh about the salad was probably the strawberries, even the greens looked old. The person who brought us our food kinda threw the dishes at which was very rude, but then there were two other people who kept checking in on us which kinda made up for it. Overall not the best experience and don’t expect fresh food from this place.
