Jimmy, a manager, came by our table to make sure everything was delicious. He could tell my 4 year old wasn't happy. I forgot she recently began disliking pizza and that's what I happened to order her. He promptly resolved the issue with a PB&J and we all enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious.

The customer service here is better than some 5 star restaurants. The guy going around getting refills delivering food. Checking on you at your table. Unheard-of in this type of Restaurant. Excellent Job.

I lived in Oxford for 15 years including my time at THE University of Mississippi. McAllisters is nostalgic and a little piece of home for me. This one is no different. Love this place.
