Hi this is to the manager of this location,sir I came there on 09/05/2025,I order $20 and some change in the food,the lady took money from me from first window,and when i went to the second window,they say I didn’t pay them,they stole money from me and this happen between 11.10 to 11.25pm,they stole my money and didn’t even gave me my food,this is vey ridiculous,from the first window this black girl took money from me,I dont remember here name Pls check ur video

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The food was old after i specifically asked for it to be fresh. I sent it back and the employees had a bad attitude as well. My nuggets are soft and they got my order wrong initially. Just terrible!

Every single time I door dash or uber they miss 1-3 items and never include my sauce. So tired of it.
I placed a mobile order at 10:28am for breakfast and before I paid it said something along the lines of “quick! Make sure to pay before breakfast is over to receive your meal!”. So I did. I got to the McDonald’s 5 minutes later and was told to cancel my order because breakfast was over 3 minutes ago. They refused to serve me what I ordered and already paid for. Absolutely crazy. I took a photo of the order now that I’m back home, and in the photo you can see that the order was placed at 10:28.
