If you’re going to McDonald’s on university do NOT choose this one unless ur a masochist and enjoy being belittled when ur order is wrong (it will be every time btw) if you bring the food back they’ll say not to bring it back, if you don’t bring it back they’ll say they need it back. So u might b eating recycled big mac babeyyyy idk. About an hour wait for the wrong food and then ur met with an evil attitude so just skip this one friend it ain’t worth the buckle on my britches or whatever

I ordered curbside. French fries and quarter pounder. All of my food was hot and freshly prepared so I was pleased. The young lady who delivered my food was pleasant as well.

we go here alot and the two times the new girl who works the drive through is rude as heck. twice I used please and thank you and no respect foe customer at all . I get it u do t like your job but get another one if u dont like it u dont make any eye contact u cant even speak right in your mic and when we pay u are rude and yell.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I visit, I’m given cold, old fries like they’ve been sitting out forever. Nothing ever seems fresh. The staff—especially some of the younger workers—act more like they’re hanging out than working. It’s unprofessional, especially when the lines are long and moving slow. To make matters worse, the managers have been incredibly rude on more than one occasion. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but I’m done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

They constantly forget sauces and stuff which is annoying because they charge for them. But y’all didn’t even put fries in my my delivery order that I clearly ordered, and it is impossible to get resolution because y’all are going to just blame door dash even though you guys can’t seem to read the receipt. Get it together please.

Guess your experience here depends a lot on the personnel you interact with and the time of day. My experience at 8:30am inside was above any expectations for a fast food restaurant. The person who took my order was efficient and polite... downright respectful. After bringing the food, she even voluntarily made a second trip back for more napkins (there was only one on the tray initially). Maybe I got lucky. Maybe I manage my expectations. Either way... 5 stars today. :-)

How is it I order $40 worth of food and 3 of those meals they ask what sauce I want and I each time I tell them I want ketchup. Then I get home and there's not a single ketchup packet in the bag. This is why I sometimes drive past this location and drive to the McDonald's in crossroads.
Hate to give this review, as this is my frequent McDonalds and they are usually excellent. I ordered five honey mustards with my 20 mcnuggets as usual.
Instead today, the female manager personally took me aside, told me that I would not be allowed to have five honey mustards, just three, despite ordering it with my meal. Told me I had to pay extra at the front counter. This has never happened before, and it's ridiculous the manager took the time to ring me up $1.25, when there has never been an extra charge for sauce at this location. In fact , she tried to ring me up and it still said $0.00, so she put in a different item. I have attached pictures.
Not that this review will really matter in the end. It's McDonald's. But come on, don't withhold customer orders.

Who does not give ketchup to somebody that orders french fries through the drive-thru. When I order no ketchup, no mustard, add mayo to my burger, you don't have to put three times as much Mayo on there as you would have ketchup and mustard.

Ordered a mccrispy combo with a coke.. they gave me McChicken with a dr. Pepper and walked away from window, not the first time instances like this happen. These workers enjoy messing with your orders
