Last Night I had the worst experience with the MANAGER at this location. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and she asked me if I wanted anything else which I replied “No thank you” and then she said “No drink?” and I said “Yes I’m getting a drink” because I just said I’m getting the meal and she got an attitude for no reason and just said “Okay because I asked you and you never answered” and I’m like “You never asked me that just if I wanted anything else after I said I wanted the quarter pounder meal” then after i ordered before I payed I told her that I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke me and she could’ve said things a little differently and she still got an attitude and canceled my order so I just left because I’m not paying if you have terrible customer service. Guarantee you I will never come to this McDonald’s again because there’s always someone with an attitude when I come to this location and it’s always a MANAGER that’s the crazy part.

The young African American lady wearing the bonnet and pajamas, who was serving us, handed our food into another vehicle, then took the food back and gave it to us. Then she lied to us and said she didn't while giggling.

Teem member got sassy when I politely painted out the mistakes and proceeds to not help with this situation ., fries were cold and soggy , nuggets were under cooked , my burger was cold to the touch and missing a pattyManagement was no help at all . Racist hispanics working dinner shift, Sunday evening, around 5-5:30pm. I experienced active discrimination and hateful attitudes from everyone working that shift. What else can I even do? What other options do I have? Why is no one doing anything about the racism of hispanics?!?!

My review from tonight. 03/04/2024Extremely embarrassing performance by the employee. Forgot to mention my fries were cold and the rest of my food was luke warm. Never had a problem with McDonald’s until now, I will not be giving my business to that location ever again. Grammar correction there*

Had to wait 20 min outside for my curbside order then go wait inside for another 20 before they brought me my food and it was wrong terrible service, food was cold and drinks were watered down from sitting will not be going
