My sister ordered me a plain cheese burger happy meal but they gave me chicken nuggets instead and this is the third time they messed up my order and they don’t pay much attention to the orders.

Terrible at them remembering to add all your food to complete your order and you have to wait forever when theres no line at all.

This is the third DoorDash order that I had to cancel because they absolutely do not care if a DoorDash driver pulls through the drive-through they will tell them to go to the third window and make them wait 20 to 30 minutes for an order and then whenever you do get the food it’s missing items or it’s cold I’ve contacted management about it numerous times and they do absolutely nothing to change this and it’s getting ridiculous train your stuff better

I try to avoid coming to this location as they always mess up the order. It took 20 minutes to correct a simple sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Poor management leads to poor employees, to poor customer service. This location need a full sweep of new workers because they don’t comprende?

I asked my food to be cook to order and it tasted horrible! My order number was 245 on 12/12/25. It tasted like they just threw my order in the microwave and the fries weren’t fresh. Very disappointing!! I won’t be going back.
This McDonald’s has the rudest staff, especially manager. My friend ordered breakfast and I went to pick it up for her since we worked at the same place and she was already at work. I get to McDonald’s at 10:27. Her order is already put in and I have her receipt in her confirmation code. I finally get to the window. It’s 10:30 on the dot and they asked for my code. I give them the code and they say back to me my friend’s name. I say yes that’s the order. It’s quiet for like 40 seconds. The employee comes back on the intercom and says that they don’t have her order anymore. They can’t find it. So I sit there and they leave the intercom they don’t say sorry or anything. They don’t try to help me. The employee comes back on and says hi. What can I get for you? I said I’m the same person from last time about the order. So she tells me to pull to the second window where she says we don’t have your order anymore. There’s nothing we can do so I call my friend. Let her know what’s going on. My friend of course is not happy so I put my friend on speaker and she’s talking to the lady. The lady is no help. She’s giving attitude and then the lady. goes to get the manager the manager looks at me as she’s talking to the lady they keep talking in the manager literally walks over and shut the window now their drive-through time is getting backed up because they cannot responsibly handle the situation so I’m waving at the window and the employee comes to the window and I say, can my friend get a refund The employee straight up tells me no because they can’t find the order in the system Anymore. My friend is still on the phone and she hears this which she starts to let them know that they’re wrong. They shut the window again and I’m just sitting there so to help their drive-through time because I know it’s getting backed up. All I do is walk to the service window. I have a video of a minute and 35 seconds of them, looking at me at the window, ignoring me. This was handled very unprofessionally. I finally just left and went to work. I had to call customer service to help my friend. Get her refund back since they did not wanna help.
Just extremely rude extremely Irresponsible no care for the customer nor my friend in trying to help in the fact that the manager didn’t even try to come and say anything to me she was actually the one who shut the window. This is just very irritating. I hope their service gets better for futuristic customers, but I will not be going here anymore
One employee even left the building to go take a customer their food to the car as she’s walking back she doesn’t make any eye contact with me and she ignores me

Decent customer service in the verge of semi-neglectful. They have a walk-up window which is different. The fries weren't burnt so I returned them, and if you know fries, you know these are one of the best places to get them, so why settle for burnt French Fries 🤌🏽.

Ooo I cannot remember his name(bald headed angel) they messed up my order the previous visit! This time he was there and they almost gave me the Wrong order again but my angel ran out to the car and gave me the right one just before I left! This man goes over and beyond for his customers..always! If it takes too long..he'll throw in a drink or pie! That helps!

The manager and staff here are the absolute laziest people possible. They take zero
Responsibility for mistakes- refuse to correct order issues and have the NASTIEST BATHROOM I have ever seen. The people working the drive through were busy gossiping about drama instead of paying attention to orders. Avoid this location like the plague!! I doubt they follow any safe handling protocols with a bathroom like that.

If you want to visit the most mediocre McDonald's in Texas, this is your place! S Loop McDonald's does their absolute BEST to employ the most unfriendly and incompetent people imaginable. If you want your chicken sandwiches made wrong and your 10 piece nuggets to only have 6 nuggets in them then come on down to the McDonald's off of 288 S Loop! They will never fail to mess up your order and ruin your dinner! I've never had an order at this McDonald's that's been correct, at this point I'm convinced they do it on purpose.

They're slow and don't care. I order using the app. I order before I even get ready to leave my house to drive to this location. Today 10/31/2025, I place my order around 9:45am. They don't start the order until 10:08am. I'm waiting in curbside 4 until 10:25am. I have toto go up to the counter as well as everyone else that is waiting curbside. They know we're there but don't address us. I don't like using this term but they do this everytime and all the time. This isn't the first time and the food is just sitting there. One lady just left my food there and clocked out. It doesn't matter what time of day. After all my time wasted they still sometimes get my order wrong. They don't even have to be busy. Several times there's little to no one in the drive-thru and they still pull this mess. Someone higher-up needs to look into this and people need to be fired. Except Victor specifically. He's friendly, has pep on his step, and has always makes sure the customer is satisfied and hospitable

I've been to this location probably twice a month for the past year. My order is either never right or it's lukewarm. It has the longest wait time of all the locations in town; just in the past two months I've had to wait just over 15 minutes on three separate occasions. I think they might be understaffed, which could explain why this location is so slow, but if so they really need to hire more employees.
On the plus side, they have fantastic Dr. Pepper.
