Asked for a large fry and they filled it little less than. Customer service was rude, and I got a caramel frappe and somehow they managed to get most of the drink on the outside of the cup than the inside.

Ordered at kiosk, but paid at counter. The got to me in a few seconds, and greeted me cheerfully. After we paid we started headed to a table and another person came out with our order already. Overall great customer experience.

The quality here is beyond bad. Dried out, mediocre temperatures, multiple times they have given wrong orders to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve reviewed this place. I also reviewed it probably a year ago at least and thought I’d see if it had changed or gotten it’s quality back. Just as bad if not worse then it was before.
McDonalds can actually be enjoyable when it has s hot, moist and soft bread. The recent trip had toppings that I didn’t ask for on it ( and that I am allergic to ), dried out meat, and stale tasting bread. Temperature was barely luke warm.

Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else.

The atmosphere can be busy sometimes. I come here most morning and eat breakfast. WITHOUT DOUBT there are always smiling employees. Everything is clean. Most of the time they are mopping to make the lobby spotless. If I had some names I would personally do a shout out to some of the older ladies. They are so sweet, always greet me with a good morning and a smile. It really makes my mornings.

When we order via app we shouldn’t have to wait forever in the drive thru for starters, secondly I ordered off the MonopolyGO menu and this is the third time in a week I didn’t get any play pieces on my large coke, hashbrown or sausage egg cheese McMuffin! Do better McDonald’s with customer service and we don’t want to have to wait and get cold food as well

Mitto Ditto

Takes anywhere between 15-30mins to get food when you order from the mobile app. Ordered 6 cheeseburgers and somehow ended up with 4 cheeseburgers and 2 regular. Kind of wondering what happened with that? One of the patties is missing a quarter of a chunk and looks like the tried to complete the rest of it with their single pickle. Thankfully there is In-N-Out, Whataburger and Burger King not even a mile up the road that are pretty decent alternatives.
