Ordered at kiosk, but paid at counter. The got to me in a few seconds, and greeted me cheerfully. After we paid we started headed to a table and another person came out with our order already. Overall great customer experience.

The atmosphere can be busy sometimes. I come here most morning and eat breakfast. WITHOUT DOUBT there are always smiling employees. Everything is clean. Most of the time they are mopping to make the lobby spotless. If I had some names I would personally do a shout out to some of the older ladies. They are so sweet, always greet me with a good morning and a smile. It really makes my mornings.

Ordered a Happy Meal from the kiosk. Waited more than 20 minutes. Went to the counter to check on my order. They didn't know what had happened, but they had no record of it. They took my order again. I waited a few more minutes, got the Happy Meal, and it was incorrect. I took it back up to the counter, and they fixed it for us. Everyone was very courteous amd apologetic, but it was extremely inconvenient, especially since it made us more than half an hour late to our final...
