EW. First if all my McChicken had a nasty fly sticked in the bun!! Glad i checked before i gave it to my son Lee know! My fries barely anything & gave me only burnt or small ones, seriously!? The bathroom was dirty, there was a pad with bl00d sticked on the wall and in the sink it was a cup with p33!? When i was ordering my food the woman was looking at me weird and she was having an attitude with me! I do not recommend this place!! Also some random lady that worked there i guess, came and took a bite of my burger!?

This location is the worst in Denton. Guaranteed to mess up the order no matter what time you go and the quality is poor. Absolutely disgusting...I don't know what y'all did to the large French vanilla iced coffee I got this morning, but it was awful. Didn't taste like coffee or vanilla. Not even sure what it tasted like. Never ordering from this location again. This was the final straw. Too many messed up orders, wrong food and poorly trained staff. Now the food is disgusting, so no longer coming back. Good luck if you order here. Check it before you leave

I was trying to be understanding about the lack of workers in the store but waiting 40 minutes for a pre made burger is outrageous… went there at 10:00 left at 10:40. Could’ve got my food earlier if they didn’t leave the bag on the counter for 20 minutes…

When here two different times and both times they messed up. I've been to much busier McDonald's that are much faster. Not sure how they leave things off the bag when they sit there reading the bag at what while you're at the counter.

Order McNuggets and fries at the drive through. We always order no sauce. When we get home, we find the McNuggets were replaced with 6 ranch buckets. This looks to be someone intentionally stealing our food in the drive through.

Morning crew is so bad .everyone was getting their order first than us and then the manager proceeds to talk shit in Spanish saying we are giving her dirty looks and we’re gonna eat her alive and then she gives us our drinks and says we’ll get our food after okay.we got our food and then this couple that was here for way much longer didn’t get their food and the guy got up to ask nicely and she yelled in Spanish saying burn his food since he’s complaining that he waited for 30 minutes and the guy was clueless .thats just pretty pathetic and dumb and so immature .they act like people can’t speak Spanish .so i guess beware if you make a complain and they remake ur food

Went to get a pick up order saw a bag sitting on counter and a lady closing up the bag I asked her if it was my order number (I gave her the order number) we made eye contact she just kept doing what was was doing and said nothing. I repeated myself she still looked at me and walked off. Then I was given my cups to get our drinks and the Dr Pepper was out in lobby (no big deal) so I went to counter same lady is standing there I told her Dr Pepper was out in lobby she looked at me and walked off, I don’t understand why it is so hard to just say something back letting me know she heard me or just answering simple questions. It’s so rude and disrespectful to make eye contact as someone speaks to u then just walk away without a word said. This was 1pm on this last Friday. I spoke to another employee and asked if that was the manager because the lady was wearing a purple collared shirt she said yes. I was completely floored that she’s a manager like wow. Not sure how u become a manager when u act like that to customers. Also tried again on that Sunday she ordered a Big Mac with sauce only on it. Sticker on box said sauce only and it still had lettuce and pickles on it.

I would not recommend going here, due to the staff thinking I wanted a free meal when in fact I paided for it , they told me to cancel it well I cant bc it didnt show on app, if u go here be sure u check ur order before u leave the parking lot. Very rude and disrespectful
