with McDonalds you know what to expect and i do love their egg mcmuffin and hashed browns for breakfast. However, it was very upsetting that I had to listen to an employee,'s soap opera. she was sitting at a table all the way on the other side of the dining room and had the volume so loud on her tablet that we all had to listen to it! As a woman next to me said, it's hard to enjoy your meal with that going on

They are slow asf here. Even when not busy they still taking forever with my order. Two Burgers, Two medium fries, and a 20 piece mcnugget should not take this long.

I don’t know why i give this location chance after chance. When they were first built i thought it was worth bulldozing over the goat pasture and the land there. But every single order they forget something. Every. Single. Order. If it’s not fries, it’s the hash brown. If not the hash brown, it’s the burger. And then when you call to tell them they effed up, it’s a too-flippant ‘oh, come drive all the way back in from wherever you may be to get a half-warm replacement.’ I know they aren’t paid enough and THAT IS MY POINT. To the useless Franchise Owner in charge of that circus, pay your darn people more than friggin pennies so that they might, in the history of the building’s construction (and I’m REALLY not joking. Hire a damn secret shopper too if you don’t believe me 😂) not stiff me out of a side or entree! 😭 i too don’t get paid enough.

This is the 3rd time I did an app order and wasn't made until I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes after being placed. They always act confused and irritated that I'm waiting for my order as I watch drive through customers and walk in customers order and get their food before I do! Let alone they forgot items! (every time and are rude when I call them out)
This used the be the best McDonald's in town but has fallen to close to last now.
Save your money and cook at home. If my 5 yr old didn't live her Happy Meals I would have never given them a 2nd let alone a 3rd chance.

Ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches. Both bagels were very hard, dry, and old. Tried to call, no answer. Took both sandwiches back after a few hours on my way home. The manager was rude and was unsure what to do. I told them I wanted the order refunded. I was fine paying for the coffee as it was the only good thing I ordered. She reluctantly refunded both sandwiches. Even though both were in the bag, I handed her prooving they were old and un edible. This has actually happened a few times at this location. I given this place a few chances. This was the last one, that's why I wanted a refund this time. The other times I let it go.
This is a new location, high volume location. Way too many mistakes and old food already??? Why? Comes down to one thing....bad management. Get it together as you lost a customer. I'll drive back to the Old Celina location. No issues ever there. Corporate definitely needs to be made aware of the issues already at a new location.

My experience was horrible, I went after work and the employe was very rude, the food was cold even though I asked for it fresh, I could’ve waited since i know it takes a while for fresh food but it was cold I never coming back to this place horrible service and it smell horrible

Food came out fast but my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin this morning tasted and smelled like chemicals. I took one bite and had to throw it away. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I love McDonald's breakfast, but will not be getting it from this McDonald's ever again
