Order food on app had then waited at second window for food for 25 minutes. Ask for hot sauce the worker brought me honey. When I tried to tell them, the order was completely wrong and cold. I was told no speak. English lady said bye and close the window they’re refusing to fix my order. Nobody in the store could understand me properly. Tried to call the number later in the day was told that there is nothing they can do. Do not go to this McDonald’s. It is a waste of time and your money. They took $40 from me for an order that was not mine.

food is mcdonalds. dont expect anything. they removed soda machines so no refills unless the staff is nice enough to refill it for you. the kiosk will always say to go only even though the app literally says you can eat in the store. the screen for orders preparing is constantly frozen on the same things hn82ey56, 833, 235. it never updates. you pay for sauces on kiosk for 15cents even though im pretty sure its not supposed to be that unless its with mcnuggets. they have trays but order on kiosk and you get none. taco bell is the better option here.

I order “Egg McMuffin and no bacon”. I get my with Muffin with only “Bacon and Cheese”. Be careful and check your orders. In the end they fixed it.

Spent 20 minutes in line for a drink and fries. Once getting fries they were cold and gross. Not worth it, literally the worst mcdonalds I have ever gone to. There seems to be a issue with every order ive placed here.

I have literally never gotten the right order here when I’ve ordered inside. Often it’s additional items or missing items but never the wrongly customized item.
This is after waiting while your number is already on screen for ten minutes.
Whenever you do eat inside there’s not someone to talk to when they mess up your order so you have to yell at them through the little window in the lobby.
I think this is all in an effort to game the numbers so they dismiss your order before it’s actually handed to you.

6 times in a row I have been to this mcdonalds and over the span of 2 months Different day different staff.. every single time I go here my order is missing items or wrong. With the tag that says no onions no pickles my burger still had both the onions and pickles. Missing sauces even tho they want to charge for each one now. A whole order of 6 nuggets not even in the kids meal boxes. I've also noticed part of their problem is they try and remove items from their screens before they are done to improve their times and numbers. They need better training.
Update If i could give them negative stars id give them a -5 for service And -5 in training their employees in customer service

I ordered two Mc spicy chicken's and one 4piece strips through drive-thru, they took 5 mins and gave my food but it was not well cooked, when I bite it’s pure flesh, never ever experienced it in McDonald’s. I don’t recommend this stop.
