The service was excellent and the food was very favor flavorful. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was amazing. Highly reccomend for anybody craving Italian food.

if your looking for an amazing fast food place, then this is the place to go. This restaurant has an amazing and understanding staff and will work as hard as possible to make you happy. Last night I came in with my family of 8 and let me tell you we walked out better then when we walked in. We came in at around 8:20 i would say and walked out about an hour later and they were very understanding considering they were close to closing time. We had ordered a large cheese pizza for the kids and the others ordered lasagna, chicken broccoli , fried calamari for appetizers ,and other foods that were absolutely delicious. We also ordered our drinks and they all came out in like under 3 mins considering how busy they were, thats another 5 star. They also brought out garlic bread which was to die for. All of our foods came out in 20 minutes which at other restaurants id have to wait like 30-40 minutes. The atmosphere was incredible and was very peaceful. The service was also incredibly fast. So next time your looking to try something new, I really highly recommend this place, just try it out!!

Well …we were excited to try this place. We have previously lived in Napoli. Ordered margarita pizza, calamari, chicken Arrabiata. Sadly, It wasn’t margarita pizza. It didn’t have basil and it had white sauce. Was basically garlic cheese pizza with a couple slices of tomatoes on top. The calamari was stale, the pasta was supposed to have a white wine sauce and mushrooms and hot cherry peppers. We basically got chicken parm on spaghetti. The fresh rolls served with it were the best part of the meal. They were light and fluffy. However, sad to say we won’t be back.

The family that own this are just the nicest people! The food is good and you can't beat their pizza or lunch specials. It's not a fancy place but nice, clean and a great place to frequent.
This is the best experience i have had so far with an italian restaurant. Me and my family sent to this restaurant at about 8pm and let me tell you it was packed!! But they still made room for us! Right when we sat down they asked us what we would like to drink and they brought us the drinks in under 5 minutes, they gave us some time to think for our food and then we ordered, they even brought us bread rolls! For apatizers we ordered fried calamari, wings, and cheese rolls, came out in about 7-10 mins! And for dinner we ordered Calizone, stombolli, large supreme , a medium large margarita pizza, and dont forget about lasagna! About 20-25 mintutes later they brought us our food but now keep in mind in other restaurants i would have to wait 30-40 mins. The atmosphere was also amazing!! All the workers were super kind in there and were understanding! All of my friends were always telling me to go and that i wouldnt be disappointed and I am very glad I listened to them!! 10/10 I will definitely be coming back every single time my family comes back in town!! This is there new favorite restaurant and i agree. Even though it was PACKED in there they will always make time and room for their customers! I recommend before you judge a book by its covor just go try it out!! You will absolutely LOVE it. Go try it out, you wont regret it!!! 🥰👍

We are recurring customers of the place, whenever we order fried squid and order extra lemon they never give it to you, on this occasion my wife called to order in advance something that lasts 10 minutes, which lasted more than 10 minutes on the way from my house to the restaurant and then I had to wait about 20 more there and see how people from Dordash took even smaller orders than mine, and as if it wasn't enough they tried to charge me twice, I had to put up with a child who doesn't know how to manipulate the screen, I had to sit down and wait for To communicate with the owner who had charged me since I entered. All this aside, they give you fewer and fewer squid, on other occasions they give you old ones which look like you were eating gum. We really like Italian food but we definitely do not recommend this restaurant, let alone its staff who treat you in a derogatory way. I hope it doesn't happen to you with anyone else and you learn to provide a quality service.

Most of the times coming into napolis i’m ignored/standing there for 15-20 mins at a time just waiting. the woman who i believe owns the shop has walked past me and others not saying hello or anything while they didnt have hostess to do so. its a shame, they should either hire someone to great/seat customers/take orders or let the business go. Menu is a bit overpriced and food is bland. Seems to me they are skimping on the food quality and service

Napoli’s has the most delicious food, service and even atmosphere! The workers were so helpful and always checked if my food was good and if I needed a refill or anything. The atmosphere tries to make you feel like you’re in Italy. The lady is very nice and always with a smile!
