Small , hole-in-the-wall establishment near the University of North Texas campus was a great find for lunch. It doesn't look like much from the road but a Thai restaurant amongst dozens of bars, pizza and burger joints, barbecue and Mexican restaurants does seem like the odd duck. The atmosphere of the place was peaceful, and we could easily have a quiet conversation. The servers were attentive, and the wait wasn't long for the food and the food was delicious - the perfect amount of spicy. I'd gladly return to try other dishes.

I came with a friend for lunch here the previous weekend and had a great time. The staff were courteous and professional and the food was portioned well for the price. Three words: it's kinda spicy! I love Thai food and the restaurant has many options to choose from including some that I've never heard of like pumpkin curry which is what I got, and mango curry which I want to try next time. The thing is, they use a red curry paste which is slightly spicy. Scratch that, not super spicy unbearable but very close. I couldn't help but cough at times because of the burn. Regardless, it was still delicious and I'd recommend it to people who love sweet and savory and spice. The inside of the restaurant is quaint and nice, and my favorite thing was the cute local artist's mural. So so cute and it just completes the shop. Maybe I misread it but I think the owner or one of the workers got a little upset when I accidentally spilled my friend's drink. It made me feel bad which I shouldn't because these things happen. I was going to offer to pay for a new one for her, but I think the owner thought I was asking for a brand new drink for free so she seemed hesitant to help me so my friend just insisted no we don't need one and we left. Maybe it was miscommunication but either way. I'd definitely give it another chance in the future.

It’s a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that has some of the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted! I haven’t been in a while, but I was in the area and had to get my fix. I would’ve posted a picture of the yellow curry with chicken, but it was half-way done before I remembered to take a picture. ? However, I did manage to snap a shot or two of their cashew stir fry with chicken my mom got.The food was fresh and plentiful! This was the lunch-size, and we still had lots of leftovers.If you’re in the area and wanting to eat local, please check this place out! It is so worth it, affordable, and Dentonesque. ?

Service is absolutely amazing! All the staff are very nice and always check on you when you don't even ask. The food is a 1000/10 for my first time being here!! I got the calamari rings and the crispy fried pad Thai and it was delicious

In a state where the prices at Chinese restaurants seem to go up and up, I suppose, it's quite nice to have such an affordable place right in the middle of Denton. The atmosphere inside of the restaurant is also calm and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I love Oriental Garden, Ive been going around twice a month for more than 2 years now, they have amazing food and use great spices that make every dish so flavorful. The restaurant itself is a perfect size for an intimate or casual meet up with either 1 or theres also a table for like 10 people. Their take out is amazing and very quick, also the staff is always very friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend more!!
