Last 4x we have eaten here, have had bad service, the wrong food or food that made us sick for days after. One time we were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours just trying to get our correct order after multiple failed attempts and were charged for food that was made wrong or didn't come out at all. When our food finally came we had no drinks. Eventually, after sending the bill itself back multiple times to be corrected, we just finally gave up and paid for food we didn't receive because we just wanted to go home. The managers are always really nice about the screw-ups but it just keeps happening EVERY SINGLE TIME we go back. Currently, we still have food poisoning from the prime rib we ate 2 days ago.

Had an amazing meal at Outback Steakhouse with my brother. I enjoyed the Queensland Shrimp and Chicken Pasta with the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad, while he had the Bone-In Ribeye, also with the salad. Both dishes were top-notch. Our server, Elie, provided exceptional service, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Moreover, the proprietor, Julia, made a point to check on us, adding a personal touch that was highly appreciated. Great food paired with impeccable service. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

The delivery order was good, but the aussie cheese fries cold and rubbery..The prime rib is good, but my loaded bake potato was not they gave me no toppings for it..To update, I was contacted by the manager, julieanna I believe anyways she said she wanted to make it up to me for the inconvenience and send me something, but at this point and time, nothing since....doubtful I'll hear from them again..customer service rating 0. Oh well, I won't order again

Great costumer service and a crew that goes beyond "have to" in order to serve. My family visited on a busy Easter Sunday with ten people. Every challenge of a large group we faced, the servers solved them each with grace. It made our holiday better for sure!

I just had the worst meal I've ever had from Outback. I ordered the steak and shrimp pasta to pick up. I requested the steak medium rare, it was well done and so tough it was impossible to chew and the pasta was so dry it was hard to eat. If I had been at the restaurant I would have sent the meal back. the only thing edible was the shrimp

Haven’t had a Bloomin Onion in so long, we had to go get one. Absolutely delicious! I ordered the Queensland Chicken & Shrimp Pasta. I substituted the chicken for extra shrimp, I would definitely recommend this dish. Next time we go I will be ordering it again!

It’s just not at all what it was. I tried it again after a couple years and it’s still awful. Got the filet which came out with no real color and a couple slices.The baked potato was somehow hard in the middle and under cooked. I liked the bread the most it’s still the same. Waiter was nice I didn’t have the heart to send it back so just payed. Won’t come back for another few years. The same time I was here there was a hour wait at Texas Roadhouse. No wait at all at outback.

We went here for our Anniversary and had the Best experience! Lariece was our youn waitress and she was by far EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect! Her courteous and respectful manner exuded the entire meal! She had everything arrive in the most timely fashion while attending other customers simultaneously. The whole meal felt smooth as silk and flawless. She even removed plates and her communication throughout the evening was remarkable! The food was excellent and atmosphere pleasant. I hope Lariece is there when we return. Keep up the Fabulous Attitude-you REALLY made a difference ?

Very Prejudice staff. If you are African American ?? please don’t eat here. Me and my family went here to eat, first of all after we were seated, they changed waitresses out and gave us a black lady. We had to wait 45 minutes for our cocktails while we watched other people of another color who came in much later than we did, get their drinks instantly, they were also served dinner before us. Food was horrible and was cold when it got to our table. The drinks we watery from sitting too long. And as a result, we had to send them back. As for dessert, they took our cheesecake and sliced it into 2 pieces and each slice was given to 2 people instead of one while of course, people of another race were given their full slice. Onion blossoms was cold I had to go outside and throw up while people of another race got fresh blossoms. So fresh, you could smell they were freshly cooked when the waitress walked y us with their food. I will never ever eat here again. Shame on you Racist people
