The food is so good here! The only draw back was that the chow mein was a bit dry (maybe was sitting there for a bit) but they are continously restocking the meats so it's still a 5 for me.

These individuals that are working at these fast food places need to understand that if the person that is paying their money for their food ask for their food to be made a specific way you make their food the way that that cuts paying customer asks for the food to be made you make it the way they ask for to be made as simple as that they don't need your attitude if you going to get an attitude then you don't need to be working at that establishment

The last two times Iâve come here my food wasnât ready when ordered via the app. Iâve now been waiting in store for almost half an hour and I can see where my food tray is being prepped hasnât moved in over twenty minutes.
BURNT SPRING ROLLS! I'm use to seeing, yucky ones, that sit there in the window. I would never order those. So, I ordered a 12 piece of spring rolls. Making sure, they at least, MAKE IT FRESH. IT was FRESH, but BURNT SPRING ROLLS! Sure, they are busy cooking meat and other things. That's the easiest thing to make, though. Guess NOT! Hahahaha! The broccoli was NOT FRESH, soggy brown corner. The rest of it was FRESH and CRUNCHY. I placed an a ONLINE ORDER, with them, 2 orders, 1st and LAST TIME!!! I waited in line and noticed the COOLER DOOR WAS OPEN! I see why the VEGETABLES are NOT FRESH! FAST FOOD, FOR A REASON. You can slow it down, a little, OR CARE MORE, right? My friend USE to eat at PANDA EXPRESS, a few times, a week! She no longer goes. Doesn't matter, which Panda Express, they ALL do the SAME THING. PILE FRESH CHOW MEIN NOODLES, on TOP of the OLD NOODLES, that have been SITTING THERE. Lunch rush! There was way to much food, being made. It was already piled high. Yet, they made more and tossed it on the old pile, right in front of us, about a month ago. She no longer eats at Panda Express. She did say, next time, she goes back, IF SHE GOES BACK, she will MAKE THEM grab from THE BOTTOM of the PILE. OLD NOODLES, not to tasty! Either HIRE, people who actually CARE, or keep it in the family, right? HIRE CHINESE COOKS! Not these teenagers and 20 year olds! GOOD LUCK, I won't be COMING BACK, or using my POINTS there. WASTE OF $$$$$! Ohhh, soggy bag, as well. Broccoli in a white container. Just gross, ALL AROUND...
Nđ« THANK YđŒU!!!

Panda Express was just ok. They give you more than enough rice and it seems the meat portions have gone down a little. They did not have fresh beef and broccoli which was disappointing. If I try them again, I hope everything is better. I do not eat out often because there's nit too many choices that are healthy.

This location needs a thorough reevaluation of employee expectations. The employee by the name of Trinity was beyond rude and I think it reflects poorly on this establishment. 1st,She did not acknowledge me but rather prioritized online orders for 7 minutes and then when attending me asked âwhat do you wantâ. She then proceeded to tell me they would not do another batch of the spicy orange chicken even though it wasnât even enough for a small side and was cold. When I asked for a side of the regular orange chicken from across the counter she mentioned rudely that it could have been the same amount; no it wouldnât have and the comment was unnecessary. This is not the first time the staff here has been rude, on previous visits the kitchen staff will complain about having to make more batches when they are out and make it known to the customer that they are an inconvenience. I wish this wasnât the closest location otherwise I wouldnât return here!

We were helped by a new team member Estefania, it seemed as it was her forst day so she had some leading from her co worker Anna, Anna was very nice and patient with Estefania being that she was new. I love seeing kindness, specially in a fast paced environment. Both ladies made our experience enjoyable. Thank you so much!

The girl Anna has a really ugly attitude. But the food is okay
Picking up an order as I do on the regular for others. They need to get more staff indeed. They need a dedicated person for bagging, accepting payment, dealing with to-go orders. Another VERY ENERGETIC, FAST MOVER who prefers to dance and move alone could handle the order fullfillment. In fact, for waiting guests to watch someone who moves at that pace is awesome entertainment and speaks to proper tale t management. Conversely, seei g ONE PERSON do the whole front line and seem overwhelmed will lead to failure of staff morale and customer experience. I rated highly because I anticipate they will fix this minor hiccup quickly.

Every time we come here they're behind so many orders. It got so bad with them prioritizing to-go that we just stopped coming inside and ordered to-go. Even then, we have been waiting for 25 minutes since our order was supposed to be ready. Have I mentioned they have no drive through?
