The girl Anna has a really ugly attitude. But the food is okay

Picking up an order as I do on the regular for others. They need to get more staff indeed. They need a dedicated person for bagging, accepting payment, dealing with to-go orders. Another VERY ENERGETIC, FAST MOVER who prefers to dance and move alone could handle the order fullfillment. In fact, for waiting guests to watch someone who moves at that pace is awesome entertainment and speaks to proper tale t management. Conversely, seei g ONE PERSON do the whole front line and seem overwhelmed will lead to failure of staff morale and customer experience. I rated highly because I anticipate they will fix this minor hiccup quickly.

Every time we come here they're behind so many orders. It got so bad with them prioritizing to-go that we just stopped coming inside and ordered to-go. Even then, we have been waiting for 25 minutes since our order was supposed to be ready. Have I mentioned they have no drive through?

Had to edit my review, really disappointed how downhill this location has gone. For how busy you are you have no excuse to lower your quality in food. Especially noticeable in the chow mein. Completely different noodle, tastes NOTHING like the old recipe. Panda used to be good, another restaurant that is in the stages of dying out. Shame

Paid online, went to pick up, was told that they were out of the Beyond orange chicken I had ordered. I drove thirty minutes to pick up my order and nobody called me to tell me about the issue with my order, which would have saved me the trip. This is food service 101. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was nobody on shift that could do a refund for me and that I would have to wait until the manager came in the next day. The shift leader told me to call ahead next time to confirm that what I ordered is in stock, which is bad business for the customer. The customer should be able to trust the online menu which should be updated by the shift leader regularly. The shift leader also told me husband that the manager would call me the next day. The manager did not call me, I had to call the store several times to reach her. When I shared my poor experience with her, she curtly said “I already refunded it yesterday,” and took no accountability for her poorly trained staff. Nobody called me to tell me the refund was complete. I received no apology from her and she blamed the online system for my order being messed up. I am a former manager in food service and am extremely disappointed in this manager. I feel that this location is mismanaged. I feel that my time and money has been disrepected. A customer is entitled to a cash refund on the spot should they not receive their order and shift leaders should be trained in refunds. There should always be someone on shift that can refund and defuse a frustrated customer, especially on a busy Friday evening. I will not be purchasing from this location unless I receive an actual apology from the manager.

Each time I go in there they are short staffed with plates all backed up and seem to always out of orange chicken. Wish we had an alternative

Have to update my review because there's no excuse for this. Wear hair nets, people! I found a hair not only IN my box, but also taped to the lid under the sticker. The first thing I saw as soon as I pulled the box out of the bag was someone else's hair. I was immediately sick to my stomach.

Please make sure you are tying back hair and wearing hair nets to avoid this in the future! Super gross.

Came in about a week ago after a long shift at work and waited a decent amount of time in the line but that’s expected as there is no drive thru which is unfortunate. The food was good nonetheless! But the staff seemed to be doing fine serving the food but the manager I’m assuming, wearing a black polo, was really getting frustrated with some of the staff and being very aggressive and commanding, as the orders seemed to be piling up. Then she goes right back to having a smile on her face for the customers. I noticed it has happened another time where she lashed out at a worker and shooed him away.

We had a really bad experience here today. Portion sizes are significantly smaller. There is next to NO sauce. Very dry. Taste not good. Chicken was undercooked (see pic).

Really sad because we usually like Panda. ?

Vegetarian options: The super greens and the steamed rices are the only vegetarian options.
The noodles have eggs in them, as well as the fried rice and spring rolls.

I should do better in asking for just a bowl, the 2 entree platter is way to much for me to consume. The food was fresh and hot, they lost a star because I had to wait 10 to 15 mins to get my fave which none was available til I asked ( sweet fire chicken) and since they served the other entree and held it to the side it was not as fresh and hot. Furthermore, the specialty drinks not. Now, go get your grub on.
