Picking up an order as I do on the regular for others. They need to get more staff indeed. They need a dedicated person for bagging, accepting payment, dealing with to-go orders. I should do better in asking for just a bowl, the 2 entree platter is way to much for me to consume. The food was fresh and hot, they lost a star because I had to wait 10 to 15 mins to get my fave which none was available til I asked ( sweet fire chicken) and since they served the other entree and held it to the side it was not as fresh and hot. Furthermore, the specialty drinks not. Now, go get your grub on.
Orange chicken is the best ❤️❤️Customer service is also good ? even though it is crowded all the time the staff members are very patient and cool with customers and does a really great job.
