Good location, easier parking in comparison to others in the area. It wasn't too busy but the orders took quite a while, they also didn't have some basic ingredients (apple chips, pineapple for the berry salad, etc), and the replacement requests weren't followed.

Moss was very nice when I asked for decaf... Apparently they stop brewing decaf at some point in the day and when I got there it was the old coffee that was just about to get thrown out. Moss happily brewed a fresh pot for me!

Thankful for the sweet young lady who took my order! I let her know I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed & she actually took the time to let me know what soft pastry's they had. They also made sure the bread I received on the side was soft, so I was actually able to eat my entire meal!! A little kindness goes a long way & I am so grateful!!

Doesn't matter what you do. They will screw up your to go order or delivery order. Wrong soup, no soup, forget the sandwich... they can do it all. Train your team to check the package and get it right!

Ordered a cobb salad with chicken, and i get home and there’s no chicken, one small thing of ranch, and a single egg on my salad. and my mac n cheese with bacon bits had none. very disappointed

I like the food I like the drinks I’ve tried recommend strawberry mint lemonade. I personally think they’re pricey for the items on menu. And please double check the items online depending on location they may not have it at drive thru. A bit odd to me once again that I can’t place the item through drive thru but it’s an option
