I pay for my food with cash and they charge me two drink when I notice they don’t refund me my money, very bad service

When I came in they didn't have the Greek salad that I wanted. I got the chicken Caesar salad with bread and they didn't even give me the butter like they usually forget to put in. The Greek salad is still on the menu but they said it was discontinued. The Mac and cheese was disgusting, worse than a box you would buy at the store.
Food was amazing however, there are always at least 2 homeless people in the restaurant. I went to use the restroom and a guy was camped out staring at me. Also there is one outlet in the store and usually a homeless person is on it camped out. Would not feel safe using the restroom if I was a woman.

Food was decent although condiments for soup were stale. Employee at the counter was courteous but I didn't quite get the feel of a customer service response worth remembering.

I called Panera because I was missing 2 items. They said they refund me or send me another. They sent me the two items and they were delivered asap. Great customer service. Thank you.

The food is pretty good. It's dirty in the dining area, and if you want to sit and work on your laptop, don't even bother coming here because they covered all the outlets.

Unsatisfactory Experience at Panera Bread - Date of Visit 8/5/2025
A recent experience at a Panera Bread location resulted in significant dissatisfaction. A bacon, egg, and cheese bagel were purchased this morning for $10. Upon inspection, the sandwich contained only one piece of bacon, torn to appear as two.
When the customer brought the issue to staff's attention, they showed a lack of concern and stated that this was the standard portion size. Cream cheese was also purchased, which was on the receipt, but the employee at the counter claimed it was not on her screen.
When I asked for the corporate contact information to lodge a complaint, the manager provided an incorrect phone number. I had to find the correct number through an online search.
The experience was highly disappointing. The bacon portion was unacceptable, staff displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy, and the incorrect corporate contact number furthered the customer's frustration. The overall quality of the food and service was below the expected Panera Bread standard.
I will not return to this Panera Bread location and may reconsider future patronage of the company based on this experience. It is urged that these issues be addressed to prevent similar situations for other customers.
