I had to place a last-minute group order 1 hour before guests arrived for lunch. I ordered via the Panera website and Panera DELIVERED!!! It was amazing to get that large an order within 1 hour of ordering! You saved the day! Thank you!

Beautiful displays. Excellent friendly cashier. I like soft music that is playing, but it is a little loud at times. We had regular coffee. We asked for and got ceramic mugs. There are 4 coffees at the coffee bar to choose from. I first tried a small amount of the dark roast. I was concerned from past experience that it wouldn't be hot. It was not hot, but lukewarm at best. My husband got a cup of hazelnut flavored coffee. It was hotter and had some steam coming off of it. I got the hazelnut flavor which was OK for being hot. I added skim milk. There is a microwave for use below the coffees. There's no outdoor seating here. I can see an open closet through an employee only doorway, and this is sloppy looking. The cold drink bar should be kept pristine, and it isn't.
Panera clearly does not place much value on the customer experience. When ordering at the kiosk, we are now required to get our drink cups at a counter where no one is actually charged with handing out the cups in an efficient way (5 minute wait). We then had to make another trip up to the counter to pickup our mis-plated food when someone shouted our name (why even have the pagers??) Good grief, even McDonaldâs brings food and drinks to the table!! But in the category, McAllisterâs is by FAR the winner, as Panera has fallen prey to the bean counters who suggested a genius way to save on âcup theftâ by punishing actual paying customersâŠbravo Panera! :(

After ordering at the kiosk, we had to wait for approximately 5 minutes at the cashier counter for the only worker in the dining room to hand me my drink cups that I paid for at the kiosk. This worker told me the cups were supposed to be at the pick up counter. There were no cups there and none of the workers acknowledged that we were standing there. Then, when we got our food, the pick twos were not correctly plated. Two of the salads were placed with the wrong sandwiches. Obviously, Panera does not care about the customer experience.
