It’s hard not to give a Panera a 5 star review, because typically the staff and service is great and food is pretty consistent. But I have been coming specifically here for a few months to do homework because of the sip club and this is the only one around my campus. There is ALWAYS a crowd of homeless people in the back corner. Usually 2-6 that rotate. There are only outlet in that area, so I usually sit around there, and It is hard to enjoy anything because of the loudness, stench, and cleanliness. There are people in the back constantly vaping, smoking, touching all the stuff at the coffee area, and trashing the restrooms. Luckily they put a lock on it recently, but this doesn’t excuse the fact of everything else. I’ve even seen one of them directly lick the communal honey by the coffee station, and after I spoke to the manager, still nothing was done. I just believe that this location is quite dirty and unsanitized due to these reasons.

this place sucks they never get your order right i order the same thing every time i come here and it’s never correct i'm always having to come inside because of a error in my meal , i ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt and i said to add on spinach did it get spinach i said to add on extra chipotle sauce no extra i said to put cucumbers on my sandwich nothing is correct y'all suck and i want y'all to know that !

The good food was negated by the stinky vagrants seated in 2 areas of the restaurant. The smell of them by the coffee was bad, as was the smell near the cold drinks. It was also negated by the unfriendly attitudes of the cook staff behind the counter. I complimented them twice on the food. Neither of them bothered to respond to me. The restaurant is dirty dirty.I DOUBT WE WILL RETURN TO THIS SOUTHSIDE LOCATION.

Nice little Panera Bread to work at. Lot of homeless people though.
They were out of sourdough loafs which is fine. However 1 star because the lady in the kitchen tried pawning off a baguette of white bread as sourdough.

I always go with my parents, but today was horrible. A young lady was going to start serving us and she left and left us alone for a long time, then someone else came and threw a bag of bread, then she was going to buy a ready-made bag and also threw it away.They treated us in a very bad way when we just wanted to spend some time there and consume drinks and bread. She was so rude and the worst thing was that the manager justified it by saying that she has internal problems. I wonder why they have people like that in charge.and we just left without being offered a real apology. I will not return to that place, I do not recommend it.

I usually only go here for breakfast. If you havnt tried a bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, now you know you should. Also Carmel iced latte are perfect match to the sandwich. Thank me later.

Have to cancel order from not putting my number. Chicken terriyaki wasn't looking enough like before for $13. No cup for drinks was given, not all drinks available. No receipt was offered. Bread hard as The Rock! Wasted $17.73 tonight.
