I had just gotten off work and tried to place a delivery, which went in only for it to get passed off to Door Dash. This would’ve been fine, except they then gave Door Dash the wrong address, meaning the food never made it to me. When I called to see what could be done, they then proceeded to claim it was my fault cause they sent the address so I should’ve put the right one, despite the fact that I’m a student at university, and picked the campus and building as prompted for delivery on their website. When I mentioned this over the phone, the person over the phone made no effort to hide their sarcasm, claiming they’d “make sure this is immediately shared with the higher ups”. I love Papa John’s, and this was my first time ordering not from back home, and couldn’t be more upset with not the mistake on their end, but more so the clear and utter lack of care when trying to resolve it.

We decided on pizza because it was already late, and you can never go wrong with Papa John’s cheese sticks. We got home, our pizza was correct and we got the right drink, but we definitely did not get cheese sticks, even the sticker clearly states cheese sticks.

Ordered a thin crust pizza. Was room temperature when I received and I received someone else’s order. I called to get refund and it’s been a week and never received it. Called today about the refund and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Will dispute with my bank and won’t order for here ever again.

Typical Denton food outlet. The place is filled with the usual vagrants. My online order was Started the moment I walked into the store because they marked the order as complete early. (Txt msg saying order is ready for pickup). They thought that was hilarious. Multiple employees were taking home fresh pizzas and chicken while I was waiting 15 minutes for my pizza.

We ordered pizza last night. It was awful. My wife and I always ordered pizza from here. The pizza from last night had my wife up all night sick to her stomach. The pizza was overcooked. Plus they hardly put any topping on the pizza ?♂️

So disappointed. When I placed my order, the website indicated 30-45 minutes.Sadly, this kept changing and ultimately took over 90 minutes to get to me.Worst of all, the pizza was stone cold; the box was cold and the pizza looked and felt like it had been sitting out for a long time (at least 30 minutes).Definitely will not use them again.
