Each time I’ve come in the manager is always yelling at the other employees and always infront of customers. It seems like the manager has an ego and likes to pick on his employees. The pizza was okay the first time and this time (see picture) what is this!?? It looks like they forgot the toppings and threw them on there last minute on top of spinning the pizza around a few times and throwing it in the box. Will not be ordering from this Papa John’s again

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered for a pickup at his location. When I got there, the lady claimed herself as the manager told me my order had been picked up already. I was shocked when her tone was very rude from the moment I tried to understand the situation. She refused to acknowledge any faults, talked over me, and acted as if I was giving her a hard time by asking for a basic correction. I strongly urged upper management to get deep into review how this store is being run. She shouldn’t be there running the store with this kind of attitude toward customers. This location used to be good. From your local customers!

We just ordered pizza from this location, and have been for years. The past few orders have been far from great. This delivery order arrived 30 min after promised based on the time estimator, so instead of the promised 45 min we received it an hour and 15 min later. Food arrived wrong and cold. We tried to call the store and it says they are closed, so the phones are off apparently. I hope this store can rectify this situation, I will be stopping in person tomorrow.

Okay. Tipping ahead of time is BS. Delivery driver - greeting, eye contact, don’t just shove a pizza at someone and not say a word. Rude. I’d take my tip back.
Then after we finished COOKING the pizza because it was undercooked… it was okay.
Won’t order again. But good luck y’all.

We ordered pizza and the Door Dasher wasn’t prompt. The pizza was taking a lot longer than usual. (Because of the delivery service NOT the restaurant). “G” went above and beyond. Not only was he sympathetic to the situation which wasn’t all that serious. But he also made sure that they remade the pizza so it wasn’t cold. We didn’t even ask for that. “G” was awesome.

They don't send one of their own employees to deliver a pizza anymore, they outsource it to Door Dash. The pizza came cold and with minimal cheese.

This location sucks. I'm not sure what happened but it used to be an ok location. Either my order is wrong or they send garbage....no in-between. I've been offered credits, they mysteriously vanish from the system...I've even contacted corporate and nada.

I placed an order May 21, 2025 @ 2:09PM at the Papa Johns located at 2430 S Interstate 35 E. Denton, TX 76205. I arrived at the location to see a young lady preparing pizza's. I stood there in SHOCK she was using her bare hands (NO GLOVES) picking up different ingredients and putting them on the pizza. Once I got her attention to get my pizza she brought it to me and went to the back behind a door and then came out with her phone in her right hand texting then she continued to pick up ingredients again and place them on the pizza she was preparing. I called her over to the counter and I asked her about wearing gloves..."So you don't wear gloves while preparing pizza?" Nonchalant she just stood there. I politely said " I Do Not Want This Pizza Just Refund Me. Thank you.. JUST NASTY.. Moving Forward I'm reminded to just PREPARE My OWN FOOD. I can't begin to tell you how disgusted I am just thinking about it. Wearing gloves when preparing food at Papa John's is crucial for maintaining food safety and hygiene. Gloves act as a barrier, preventing the transfer of germs and pathogens from hands to food, potentially preventing foodborne illnesses. They also protect food from contamination, keeping it safe for consumption.

Waited over an hour watching doordash drive all over before bringing my cold pizza. If I wanted to order through door dash I would. That's not what I paid for. He shows up with no shoes on with the pizza box half open. Not even in a warmer bag.
