The manner of how the pizza and drink were delivered was somewhat poor. The bottle of Dr.pepper wasn’t taken care of to the point of opening it, it fizzed out of the bottle like mentos in coke and half of the toppings on the pizza where on the other half of it
pizza had too much sauce even though i asked for light and there wasn’t enough cheese. the old team made great pizzas, but i’m not impressed with this new set. the pizza wasn’t hot and i waited for a couple minutes before anyone acknowledged me. once they did, it took another couple minutes for them to find someone to let me pay. this location used to be my favorite :( $15 for a (medium pepperoni) cold pizza that didn’t follow my specifications for light sauce

This place has its flaws, but it's hard to run a business efficiently when that business can't keep help. I talked with the night manager, Jordan, for a while. He's the only crew member left from just 3 months ago. It's all new people in there. This store hasn't had a store manager in months. He's the only full-time manager(there's 1 other that works part-time) atm and they have to rely on other stores sending them help. I hope they get the help they desperately need. I enjoyed my experience there.
This location used to be great. Not anymore. Wait two hours for a pizza that is never right. Guess I'll have to give Domino's another try.

Location has always been a disappointment. Haven’t been here in over a year and nothing has changed. I’m assuming it’s the college campus that keeps them in business because they are literally displeasing every single time! The food is trash. The loop 288 location isn’t as bad but this location comes off as a joke. The food is terrible .
Fast, friendly service. Thanks to the afternoon crew for helping me choose an alternative to the personal pan, which you were out of at the time. Will come back again...
