My husband just picked up our two medium pizza’s and evidently the cashier handed him a receipt and told him to sign and tip. Tip?! For a carry out service? You need a tip for handing over two boxes of pizza? The tipping culture in this country has gotten out of control and it’s definitely off putting. We don’t deliver anymore because it’s expensive to pay for a delivery fee AND a tip! Everything is expensive right now and we’re in the middle of a recession. For carry out, stop asking for a tip.

I love this place. My pizzas were actually made wrong but they were replaced by the nicest guy every and it was fast and hot!!! Definitely going to keep being a customer

Understaffed during an influx of orders. The clerk had to call in additional help. Still, he did 95% of the work and served customers as quickly as possible. The store had no menus with special deals, so customers were advised to order online where deals could be found. The online ordering is not user-friendly and did not recognize the coupon code I inserted.

horrible service, waited 30 minutes for a cookie pizza that was only supposed to take ten minutes. then forgot the marinara sauce that came with our order that we also paid extra for. guess we will be enjoying dry breadsticks tonight.
