I recently ordered a chicken pizza at this Pizza Hut location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We found a hair in the pizza, and when we addressed it with the person who served us (a man with a cap), his behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
The hair was very obviously not ours, as it matched his hair's length and color. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, he argued with us in an extremely disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, he quickly threw the pizza in the trash, likely realizing it was his hair and fearing being held accountable.
We then requested a refund from another staff member, who was polite and offered to make a new pizza. However, the same rude employee came back aggressively, told us to leave the store, and continued his unacceptable behavior.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Employees must have basic customer service skills and know how to interact respectfully with patrons. Pizza Hut should ensure they hire individuals with manners and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
I would not recommend this location to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Ordered delivery, and our four drinks were missing. We tried calling the store multiple times and they hung up on us THREE separate times, twice after we said we were missing items. The food itself is fine, but service is horrendous.

Snowy day, so I called to see if the establishment is open or closed, due to bad weather. I connect with an outsourced call center, not even in my town, in which the representative hung up on me, when I asked was this teasley and i35 pizza hut. I walk . 4 miles, arrive at the location, quietly sit and await my order. A staff member asked me several times my name, and assured me that I would be served. 25 minutes later, the shift manager comes out with an extremely bad attitude, yelling and arguing with me, that they are backed up and I would not be served my already purchased online order. This lady does not need to work in a company where pressure makes her yell at a paying customer. I was so disgusting that I demanded my refund and then left the facility peacefully. I will never go back to this trash facility.

Gave uber wrong order after driver told them it was wrong twice. I then had to go up there where one employee was just walking around doing nothing and another was doing everything. Finally got my order and it was cold and an hour past when I should have gotten it on top of having tondeive up there to get it when I had originally ubered the order

I ordered a large three topping pan pizza and it was picture perfect! It was loaded with ingredients, from crust to center and cooked to perfection! The breadsticks were soft, buttery and had plenty of seasoning. The customer service, on the phone, was outstanding! After changing my mind on the order, the young lady continued to be exceedingly kind and patient! I highly recommend the location on Teasley Lane, Denton!

My Mom and I BOTH got sick from eating the pizza from the store on Teasley. I did a survey about it and the only response I got was basically calling me a liar. I will NO longer eat from Pizza Hut EVER and will gladly tell any person I see about it. We ordered a big box with 2 pizzas, boneless wings and breadsticks. There is no excuse or reason we should have gotten sick. Both of us had messed up stomachs and diarrhea after eating there. I was not even going to leave a review but they handled things so poorly in response to me that I am leaving one now. Spend your money elsewhere on better quality food!

Ordered over an hour before close, they canceled my order and didn't tell me, waited over an hour before calling only to get an automated message that my order was canceled. No email, and the app said it was in the oven, I'm incredibly upset and will NOT be ordering from here ever again

Ordered pizza via phone, waited 45 minutes for it, was delivered wrong pizza, contacted the store, was told driver would have to come back, pick up the pizza, bring it back to the store, then they would remake it & then deliver it, meaning waiting another 1.5 hrs for the pizza. Not acceptable. Woman who took order said she would refund us our charge but she never did. Went to the store, mgr on duty now states they don’t refund, would have to remake the order. Then later he disclosed he is not authorized to issue the refund. Why would anyone ever order from this location again after such horrible service. Asked for General Manager, told he won’t be in before Thursday or Friday. Would not provide contact information for District Mgr. either.
The Uber eats driver picked up the wrong order and the staff at the Teasley location was quick to get my order ready.. The only inconvenience was me picking it up but not a problem.. Thank you

I came into this location to pickup a stuffed crust cheese pizza, I ordered it via the Pizza Hut app and it was having some technical difficulties with the payment. I was able to come in and get the payment situated then also received a discount and a free drink as well. Thank you Joshua and crew for making my experience awesome, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. For all your Pizza needs this is the location to come to also has a Wingstop included!
