I placed a delivery order and didn’t get all of it. I called what u thought was the store only to find out it’s a call center. I called 5 times and was on hold 20 minutes at a time. I finally gave up and went up to the store. I walked in at the same time as a door dash driver who was rude. But then I was greeted by Sarah , and Aiden. I told her what happened she apologize and Aiden fixed what I was missing. I hope you all know what kind of employees you have with those two and I really hope you appreciate them. They are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met up there. They need a raise !! Thank you Sarah and Aiden

Really disappointed in Pizza Hut lately. They used to have the best stuffed crust. It is definitely not the best or close to it anymore. The bread is hard and the cheese isn't warm and delicious on the inside. Probably will br my last time patronizing the restaurant in general.

We got a flat on the way to pick up our order so I called to push it back. Got out on hold for 15 minutes so I called back, put on hold another 10, called yet again and after another 8 minutes an extremely rude young lady told me she couldn’t do anything as it was ready and that she was the only one answering phones when I said I kept getting put on hold by a guy. She practically called me a liar. I’ll be having my order remade and never using this location again.

I placed an order in the app. When I received the confirmation, I realized I ordered at the wrong store. I immediately called this store and was placed on hold 8 minutes. My attempt was to cancel or transfer the order to my area. No answer. Hung up after holding 8 minutes they answer then put me on old another 8 minutes still no resolution because I haven't talked to anyone. I'm on my 3rd call sitting at 5 minutes still nothing. This is ridiculous

I order 7 pizzas about 35 min ago, it shows is ready for pick up but still not ready , their screen shows ready but they are behind, im sure they are being monitor based on their performance , and so they won’t get in trouble they make it show ready on the screen. Zero stars!

I ordered a pizza and wings combo for delivery. When the driver arrived, he told me they had run out of wings just after I placed my order. This was at 5:30 before the rush. He apologized and said the store was going to credit $15 back to me. Two weeks later and no credit. No response from the store.

Got there and it took the team of 3, 10 minutes to even bother to acknowledge the 7 people in the lobby. Then when they finally got asking us what we where there for my food wasn't even started yet and it was at that point 15 past when I was meant get it. When I asked bow long it is was going to be they said 10 minutes. It took 25 minutes. Choose a different place
I always get excited when I hear NY style pizza only to be let down. It's pizza hut pizza just maybe a little bigger.

Pizza Hut Loop 288 07-17-24 I placed our order from the online app. It was easy to select what we wanted and easy to customize our order.
We did curbside pickup.
The food was brought to the car and put it in the back seat. We got home and our order was fresh and hot. Very flavorful.
We had: The Big Dinner Box with Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings, Cheese Bread, 1 Pan-Style Meat Lovers, and 1 Pan Style Supreme.
We also had a Thin Crust Supreme. It was sooo good! Staff was friendly. We will be back.
I normally don’t like boneless wings because they are normally all batter and no chicken. These were just right. I’ll have to try some different flavors next time.

Glad The EDGE Pizza is back. It's my favorite pizza. Wish they would put it back on the menu permanently! Great tasting pizza.
