My pizza order was made incorrectly, I had to wait for them to remake it . It was inconvenience to have to wait , manager/employee did not offer courtesy discount or replacement for next time poor management. second pizza had no sauce taste horrible.

Please read the reviews prior to ordering . It is a nightmare . 1st time ordering , 1) Deliveries are from DoorDash , dasher did not answer calls for update 2) it took an hour to get food delivered and it was cold 3) when I tried to call for an update or get my money back , I was on hold for a long time only to be connected to a call center (outsourcing) and funneled back to the local restaurant where my call was never answered 4)the dasher provided a phone number but he kept sending my call to voicemail 5) food was cold and had be warmed up , If I could give zero stars I would , disappointed

The food is fine but the place is an operations disaster. I have had to cancel my order twice after it was more than an hour late and then they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take. Regardless of a future order, delivery, or pickup- it will be late if they make it at all. The lobby is usually full of pissed off customers. Go to a different location

Again, I timed the pickup. Personal pizza was cold and wing cold with drizzle, not dipped in sauce. Had to preheat at home to enjoy.
Parking: Difficult to get out sometimes. Pull in and have to back out into traffic going 3 ways.
Service was friendly, quick and accurate. Our pizzas were steaming hot when we picked them up. Each slice had the perfect amount of pepperoni. Will return to this location.

It’s aye female employee that work there that keep hang up in my face because I’m check on my order I order my food at 10:30am and all I’m trying to do is get my food she rude as hell and she did it twice and this happen between 11:30 and 12pm so what female is there now answer the phone on November /24/2023 is the female I’m talking about she rude as hell and very unprofessional she don’t need to work if this the way she going to treat customers !!!!

I set up an order on the Pizza Hut app and the app told me the transaction did not go through however my credit card was charged. So I called and asked if they saw it go through and they just said nope. So I asked when I’d get my money back and they said “couple days form now”I would’ve been happy just showing the transaction or something and getting my pizza but now I have to spend 80 dollars on pizza tonight and HOPE I get that forty back at some point? Lovely.
