The “sushi rice” was not sushi rice and was very hard. Like it had either been under cooked or dried out over night. Didn’t stick together at all. I really wanted to give it 5 stars because the menu variety, dietary accommodations, staff friendliness, etc, but the rice was that bad. Hopefully it was just a fluke. I really want to love this place, but maybe I’m spoiled by Dallas quality.Dietary restrictions: Great clarification of gluten free options.

The staff is so sweet! The food is even better! I tried the surf candy and I never want a poke bowl without mango. Everything is flavorful, even the rice! It is fantastic quality for an awesome price.

Nice and welcoming place to grab a quick lunch. The staff is friendly and they have a good variety of ingredients. Prices are good too. This is not a 5 star review because some of their fish aren’t fresh. Maybe this is because I only go in the afternoon and that is what is left, but definitely not the best raw fish I’ve had.

Have gone here twice and they have closed early both times!!! The first time it was 30 mins and this last time they closed a hour early!!!! Really wish they where open like they said because the food was good. Management I hope y'all know they are closing early they are missing alot of customers. We counted at least 10 people who walked up.

I went here a lot when I was a student and make sure to visit when I'm in Denton. I have multiple dietary restrictions and have never gotten sick here. The staff is always nice. The ice cream macaron sandwiches are great too, a bit expensive (their prices aren't set by the restaurant to my understanding) but worth it.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and am very sensitive. Most of the menu is naturally gluten free, and the items that do have gluten are clearly marked. They always change gloves when making a new bowl.
