Love the trip to Chicago. The food is hot, service is quick. I had an Italian Beef dipped in sauce, covered in peppers. Also had a Chicago Dog. You can go to Portillos and not get a hotdog. There's plenty of seating and self ordering kiosks that make ordering very easy to do. I'm excited to see a Chicago icon keep its charm in Texas.

I stopped in with the kiddo to grab a slice of cake, sadly it was not great. The cake was very dry. The food menu looked good, I will be back to hopefully give a better review after that.

First time visiting portillo's. Got the beef and cheddar which blew me away with how seasoned the roast beef is. Definitely will come back as the order announcer also added a ton of flair to her callouts.

Really is the best hot dog I have had for a restaurant! Great onion rings and the cheese sauce is addictive- so glad we got this Chicago favorite in this area

Went at lunchtime wasn’t too busy but food wasn’t good taste or presentation now I know why it was empty at lunch.
I left a bad review before because I got confused and thought this was Brooklyn hotdog. This place is great. Apologies! I deleted the bad review and have left this new one in it's place.

Over rated and over priced for sure! A waste of $20 for lunch. The beef was less tasteful than packaged lunch meat, the au jus was water, and the sausage was simply gross. I'm serious about my comments. It was such a bad lunch that I wouldn't even let someone else buy me lunch there.
