We went to Portillos for the first time yesterday. We are very happy with the taste of the food. We ordered chili cheese dogs, hot dogs, cup of chili and sides of sweet peppers and giardiniera spicy peppers. All of the food was delicious and we were surprised to see beans in the chili but it was still very tasty. The bread was fresh and tasty too. We live about 20 miles down the road but we will be going back.

We love coming here. We order the spicy chicken sandwiches, which are amazing! The fries, I will say, when cooked right and the cup they give you is full, they are perfect! But often times they overcook them and don't give you the amount they probably should. Their desserts are really good. Last but not least their customer service is really great, 9/10 times the staff is so nice!

Ordered two chicago hot dogs and an Italian beef bowl with sweet peppers. Its our go to order. I wish they had a few more options on beverages . Their tea is not made in house and is gross. Food was yummy.
