The only reason I treated service the way I did was I arrived and was THE only one to walk in and wasn't greeted. Otherwise I love this place and today it was very dead. Prices could be better but food is good still.

Ordered here after a 12 hour shift. Got home and they hadn’t given me most of the food I ordered. Called just wanting me money back for what they didn’t give me, and they said on the phone they were wondering whose food it was still at the restaurant. They told me they couldn’t refund me and I could drive the 20 minutes back to get the food and guess what? It wasn’t very good. Would avoid

Chicago staple in DFW. Add the gravy and some hot or sweet peppers to the Italian beef! Burgers and dogs are great also. Chocolate cake shake FTW!

The malts are really good when they are made properly. Went last week and bought three malts and none of them were mixed. Be sure to taste before you leave the restaurant.

Food is what you'd expect from a Portillo's, if you've been to a Portillo's before you'll not be disappointed, if you haven't been to one before, you should be happy unless your a vegetarian. The Italian beef and hotdogs were good as expected, the fries were good, not over salted. Surprise at how much I like the hamburger double bacon with cheese. One of the better places for burgers around. Big patties, juicy, flavourful Will be back

The inside of the building is really cool! We got a chili cheese dog and burger. The dog was delicious!!! The burger was good. The only thing we didn’t like is that even though we dined in- the dog was wrapped up as if for to go and half the chili was on the wrapper. We enjoyed the food overall!

I really enjoyed the restaurant itself. The vibe was great. The sweet beef and Italian sausage sandwich was really great, although I did ask for the 'bowl' version, which they got wrong and gave me a sandwich instead, but it was still good. My wife got a chili dog which was so so, but definitely expected something better from a place that promotes itself for its hot dogs. The onion rings were really good
