We have been loyal customers for seven years and were told today by a young woman that we can just take our business elsewhere, so we did. Wonderful food, just a warning that if you ask why it’s taking so long for food or service that you may end up being told you can go elsewhere. This place needs a more mature manager.

I would love to give a review of the food, but I ordered at 7pm on a Sunday night, in person, for a to-go order, after twenty minutes we inquired about it, "it's busy tonight, it'll be right out" and thirty minutes after placing the order the guy who took my order was asking me, "Hey, what was on your order again?" I've worked expo in restaurants. Someone lost our ticket. On a Sunday evening with ~24 patrons in the place. The folks who sat down after I ordered got their food. Ridiculously unacceptable.

I was prepared to write an awesome review about RG's. So first, the service was perfect! Our waiter, unfortunately I don't remember his name, was very helpful & informative.My husband and I ordered chili cheese tots as an appetizer. Those were delicious and nice to share.I was disappointed that they didn't have diet coke..?! Only Coke Zero. Not the same. Diet Coke fans will understand. The sweet tea was decent, if it would've been cold.The onion rings are PERFECT! So good, I could've eaten just that!My husband got the Spicy Fried Pickles. I didn't care for them, but he enjoyed them.With all those sides, we saved our burgers to take home.My biggest complaint is that when we got home to eat our burgers, they were dry. I specifically asked about condiments, we both ordered our burgers with mayo. So, I had to add it myself. Also ordered onions and tomato that were not on my burger.All in all, it was good. I appreciate good service! I don't think the the waiter was the problem, maybe the kitchen. The food was good, just not how I ordered it.

Serving size was generous. Ordered a hamburger and cheeseburger just to try out local establishment. Both burgers were burnt, as in black on the outside. Bun on top, but some type of bread on the bottom that turned into a soggy mess. Servers were very pleasant and place seemed clean, but food experience will not have me returning.

Great little place for an above average burger. Burger patties are large and very flavorful, and the buns are semi sweet and toasted. No need for a double meat unless you are REAL hungry. Wife really liked the onion rings and I enjoyed the tater tots. Portions are generous. Will definitely go again sometime.

Serving size is plentiful, wait staff was great, but I didn't find anything remarkable about the food. It was good, not great, nothing to really make it stand out. We ordered a Paris burger (blue cheese) and a Smokey Joe's (BBQ sauce). $30 meal and a $6 tip - water to drink. The buns were above average with a nice slight crunch from the grill. I probably won't go back as there isn't any "draw" for me.
