I was eating my coleslaw when I saw that I had a hair that is extremely unacceptable I have always been to this location but apparently I will have to change places because that means that hygiene is super bad in this establishment.

We've been ordering here for years. I have two teenager boys and they cannot get enough of when I say I'm gonna order something. What do you guys want? It's always here And they always want extra sauce! And the lemonade is fantastic. I order it by the gallons. One of the best chicken places here in Denton.

This is my wife’s favorite chicken restaurant. It’s just the best combination of a thick piece of chicken, a thin layer of crispy breading. Service is fast, employees are usually in a pretty good mood. The area around usually has a few panhandlers but that isn’t really raising canes fault. Keep making great chicken!

I was in the mood for Cane's after the 2nd Back to School fair. It's been a few years since I've been here. The chicken was hot and fresh. The fries and toast was the usual, tasty.
The drive through ordering was quick, easy and fast. (Saturday 8/9/25)

The worst place to eat. The truth is that I still can't believe how they don't use the necessary measures for the health of others. In addition to making chicken with human hair, they also throw it super hot and this makes it melt and make a fusion of chicken with plastic. We talked to the manager and they told us that they could not refund our money. The solution was that we had to eat their disgusting food again in a place where they don't really appreciate people's life or health. Really the worst experience of our lives. Be very careful with the food you buy here for yourself or your children. If this were from a small company, I'm sure they would close it for not taking the right measures, almost all employees with long hair, without hats... but since it's already a big chain, they allow themselves this kind of disgusting things and just get away with it. Logically, we do not take another order or the refund. I think no one in their right mind would accept to eat again after such a bad experience and the refund they didn't give us either. I guess they can guard it and thus buy some hats for their employees.
