Always forgetting to put sauces. I asked for sauce, dude in the drive thru literally turned around “pretended” to put stuff in the bag and handed it to me. I stay across town, this is the closest but for u to actually do that? Na. He knows who he is, the only drive thru guy tonight 3/6 at 7:30pm.

I love canes it's my favorite. The manager Jess is very nice. I had a bad order once ever and she fixed it. The workers are usually look like they want to shoot themselves or there rude. So I never stay inside. But the food is great

The drive thru and location in general is small and inconvenient. Service is not as quick as others but still friendly. Sweet tea was watered down and fries weren’t as fresh when I went but might be one of those one offs (however I rarely if ever complain at other locations). Limited parking for dine in customers. If you’re coming south I’d consider driving extra to the one on university dr for better experience and food

This was one of my favorite chickens but in the last two occasions that we have bought takeout, the chicken has a lot of nerve which has never happened to me before.

Had a 5 star review, on here, that I just deleted. Usually, have had a good experience, consistently, at this location. Went by there, tonight, around 12:40am, ordered 3 Finger Combo. Paid cash. Guy looked at me kinda strange when he handed me the food. Got home, started eating, old and cold, toast had parts that were soggy, but, it was the fries that confirmed that this was done, intentionally. They were drowning in salt. There was no receipt. Did they just keep the cash?! I don’t know. Just know that it was all so gross that I’m done with them, at least, for a while. Maybe, forever! Chicken was yuck! Ew! SMH. No more Canes for me!

the food here is always terrible. the chicken is so nasty now there’s always pieces of “ sticky meat “ that is so hard to chew and pull from the actual tender. it got to the point that every single piece of tenders i’ve received, it always has the disgusting piece of meat inside it. idk what’s going on there? maybe the prep work or maybe lazy managers. i’m beyond disappointed with this place, a few years ago the food was great but as of today it’s just terrible especially with the increasing prices. got me paying $10+ for a meal i can’t even finish. 0/5

lol size of my tender

I ordered a 3 finger combo. I received it and there was only 2 fingers. Disappointing, as I was looking forward to the full meal. Hopefully, this is just a one-time mistake.

Because this is a fast food business, and therefore is primarily in the business of making food, my 4 stars reflects the overall flavor and quality of their food. Delicious. And their drive-thru staff was friendly and efficient...HOWEVER... no napkins? Really?! That's basic fastfood service 101 stuff... Drive-thru customers should not have to check or ask for napkins.
