Placed a order for my daughter and I to go. 8/3 8pm order took an hour. Host was friendly and trying to get me updated. Got home and my keylime was missing whil unpacking. My salad had a souffle cup with literally a quarter filled. My pasta was overcooked. My soup cup had a tear in the bottom so it was 1/2 filled with soup in my bag and now on my seat of my new Denali..My first order was door dash and sent to wrong address but my daughter was still looking forward to a nice meal. Definitely not worth the $80 and the drive to pick it up. Bummer my daughter just flew in from NC and Red Lobster was her choice of any restaurant for dinner.. i get the staffing issues but to wait that long it should have been corrected. I do eat there but mainly lunch..

We had a wonderful time!!! The menu was new and we got to try some really good stuff. The stuffed mushrooms and seafood boil bag was soooo good. David was our waiter and he went above and beyond with his service and recommendations. We will definitely be back

Excellent service, Tosha J was awesome our drinks were never empty. Did not have to ask for anything. Shrimp boil was amazing, we went with the spicy garlic butter flavor.And we had the coconut shrimp also. Fantastic food

Ordered the Crab Carbonara for pickup. The dish is inedible - LOADED with too much salt. Very dissappointing as I am really rooting for them - but, the lack of attention to the quality preparation of the food is making it hard to continue to support.

Our waitress Kylie was great! Super nice and helped me figure out the best option to get my son a lobster with his kids meal lol. He got lobster mashed potatoes 😂. Glad to see the changes to the menu and change in the energy around the place. My son and I have been having lunch here since he was born.
