Great service and great food at Saltgrass located next to Bass pro in Little Rock.. I give it five stars. We had seafood fondue, soup and salad and hamburger. You can't go wrong and the atmosphere is beautiful and fun and the waiters are spectacular.

A Steak house that doesn't know rare from well...our entire meal was sloppy, served by a filthy waitress that wanted to be somewhere else...salads were swimming in dressing, never got the bread we ordered and for $139 ...my dogs are now eating the steaks...terrible experience..wont be back..

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite having an online reservation, we were made to wait while walk-in guests who arrived after us were seated. When our name was called and we approached the table, it was given to another party, and we were told we would need to wait again. We chose to leave. I followed up with the manager, but received only a brief apology and no real explanation. This makes me question the purpose of making a reservation at all.

Our server Laila in the Denton location was AMAZING. Made the good experience even better. She was on top of everything even when everyone got really busy for dinner. Highly recommend you ask for her. And tip big!

We went on Christmas Day. We had a reservation for 3 o’clock did not get seated until after 4:15 didn’t get our food almost 6 o’clock. Our steaks were rare instead of medium and cold. This is the second time we’ve been there and been disappointed. I don’t know who was handling the reservations, but it seemed like they were horribly overbooked. Some of their kitchen staff called out the servers that were there and the bartenders that were there were wonderful. I just don’t see the management of this being a very good… as it all starts at the top. Do not recommend highly do not recommend!

This was our 2nd year coming on Christmas Eve, last year really inspired us to come back this year. This will likely be our last visit. Extremely slow service really put a huge damper on the evening. We finally decided to ask about our order 55 mins into waiting at the table, the waiter told us it would be another 15 minutes...? Our food was hot but had mistakes, we were too hungry to mind, we ate quickly and left. It looked like many other tables experienced the same issue, I heard a lot of apologies from all the wait-staff.

We are from North Carolina and we came to Texas to see our son graduate from UNT. Plus visit his family. We wanted a good steak before we left. The food was great. The atmosphere was great, staff was very attentive and great.
