I have to send out my appreciation on the awesome Sam's Club in Denton, especially to Alex, the Pick up manager.Today I had a delivery order sent to my daughter's house as a surprise. Of course it's a third party delivery company called Spark. The driver dropped off the entirely wrong order to my daughter's house and I was very upset. I called the club and talked to a very sweet young lady who must have told the manager about the problem. Alex called me back. He refunded my money and I'm going to reorder the items in my original order. What started out as a very frustrating experience turned into a great customer service experience. We'll just stick to our usual pick up from now on because they have no control over third party drivers. You can count on Sam's to make sure that you have a good experience even if it started out rough. Thank you Alex and team! Y'all are the best and you make me happy to be a Sam's Club member!

I take that back. We shop here very often. Our only complaint is that they Provide PLENTY of Handi-Cap Mobile Carts for SHOPPING , But provide Absolutely NO Handi-Cap Accessible TABLES for EATING.
I’ve mentioned this to Mgrs, Corporate & Everyone that will listen but No Action in the last year!
My 92 year old husband loves to eat here when we come & everytime he eats sideways by the table!!

After driving on 12 miles this morning to come look for an office chair at 8:35 am they tell me im NOT allowed to shop until 10 because I don't have a plus membership! I said I pay to shop here period and she said "you ONLY paid 45.99 and they paid 100.00 would you like to upgrade?" Hell no ill not be renewing my membership! Shame on you Sam's!
