Mainly to do with the food court. Out of drinks for weeks now.... Fountain drinks out for weeks. Tea drinks out for weeks. Icee out for a couple of weeks

There are no longer any Sam's in Washington State so it was nice to visit one in Texas. This is a nice store. Very spacious and we found all that we needed for my best friend's church function very quickly. The self checkout was nice. We needed assistance and someone came very quickly and apologized for the delay. The reason for only three stars is that one of the deli staff was dressed very inappropriately. He had on black pants and blue boxer underwear that REALLY needed to be pulled up. I can't believe they let him work like that. It definitely made me uncomfortable.

Not sure what issues people have with this location, but it has what I need and is always clean. If you do mobile checkout you can avoid the chaos of the checkout line. It gets crowded on occasion, but you just need to time your visits appropriately.

Sam's Club in Denton is a top-notch shopping destination! The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well-organized, and the product selection is impressive. I really like this Denton location. This was my first time at this location and I was impressed at how clean and organized the store was. The fruit and veggies were well priced and fresh. The strawberries in my packages were HUGE, so I really felt like I got the bang for my buck. Definitely a great value. The checkout line was super long. So I opted to use the Scan & Go feature. I only had a few items, so it worked out perfectly for me. Recommended!

WATER IN THE GAS!!!I get premium gas here. Every time I get premium, and every time there is enough water in the gas to make my car chug immediately after fill up. It is obviously deliberately added. I use the same gas in my mower and had to get a repair due to water in the gas. Next issue is whenever I shop at Sam's they are generally out of whatever I wanted. Why bother even shopping there!?!Next issue is they want me to renew my membership, but now they want me to pay an extra $45 for my wife? LOL. I won't even be renewing my own membership.Next issue, they start plugging me for membership renewal 4 months before it is due. How pathetic is that!?!Worst of all, now they are playing a Nigerian scam on members by trying to sucker you into auto paying your membership with phishing emails claiming that there is a problem with your payment method for auto pay. I NEVER SET UP AUTO PAY!!! FK this company! They have really stooped low. BY BY SAMS! I have had enough. I can get most things cheaper at local stores so FK off!

Wow. Slow customer service. Membership line too :45m to get through because the only had one cashier and no help. Hopefully the managers pay closer attention to the lines here...but there was no help in sight for this poor cashier.

The prices here are very reasonable, but the absolute best value is the fuel outside in gasoline pump area; regardless of your motivation for coming, Sam's Club, named for Walmart founder, Sam Walton, has got the mass retail store drill down pat -- with neatly-arranged rows of discounts on every aisle, everywhere in its well-lit, climate-controlled store: Bargains await you on in the meat, electronics, clothing, produce, household, and almost everything else you can imagine. if I could give this place no stars I would. Terrible place to work and shop. The store is disgusting especially in the back behind the scenes. I've transferred to a Costco and it's crazy the amount of cleanliness compared to this sams club. Also the leads/supervisors on the front end all suck. Hypocrites at their jobs asking their employees to do things they never did. The managers also suck and are rude. Specifically Leandra or however you spell/say her name always got attitude at customers and fellow employees for no reason. They only train the staff properly if they are the favorites who joke around and don't do anything. Worked here for about a year and it pays great but that's about it. Don't ever work here unless you wanna hate customer service and retail for the rest of your life. As for shopping like i mentioned before it's actually disgusting in the store. Maybe you don't see it out on the shelves but in the back where all the inventory sits is full of bugs and just disgusting trash. I am honestly so surprised no one in food safety or in food compliance has done anything.

SOLELY BASED ON BAKERY EXPERIENCE - Got a double decker cookie cake for a loved ones birthday. The cookie was om but not as good as a simple McDonald's or other fast food joint cookie. A little on the dry side. The chocolate chips were overly sweet and underlying chocolatey. But the frosting was bad - sicky sweet and there was an almost invisible layer of frosting between the 2 layers. As a double doozie cookie cake we expected there to be a tangible layer or filling of frosting. But it was hard to tell there was anything there. Disappointing, I hope they adjust their ratios and cookie recipe in the future!

Service is lacking, full of unhelpful staff. Pick up order was ready 3 hours after scheduled time for 10 items. And it took 30 minutes to come out after I checked in! Absolutely horrible!!! Costco here I come.

I'd recommend going anywhere else. The staff here has no motivation. Ice cream melted while in line when the store was relatively emptying. Outside of apocalyptic needs, I will not be shopping here again

terrible "customer service". never worked so hard to try to spend money in a business. I had a promo for membership and a $45 gift card. it was expired by 3 days (in font so small you had to have a magnifying glass to read) Kimberly in customer service said to go online and there was an online promo for membership/$45 gift card, but it was nowhere to be found. Customer service manager Nga jumped in the middle of a conversation with attitude. No store manager available (Leandra acting mgr said she was 'the best there was' working - and I was told I'd have to come back another day. Adios. i'll go to Costco. Sam's you do realize the $45 is being immediately spent IN YOUR STORE right!?

This club is very nice and clean. Everything is organized and all signage is posted. I didn't see any bad produce and the meat.... Oh my goodness that my favorite part. All packed in club size but if you're a small family, it's easy to part up at hime to freezer for easy planned use. They have ample self check and team member assisted check out. Glasses and hearing too. Also great prices AND service fir tires and batteries. I love my Dentin Sams Club.
