My favorite boba place in all of Denton

Taro tea was not purple at all, more brown and couldn’t taste any taro flavor

My husband and I love sharetea and used to go to one in Fort Worth. When we tried this location, the workers were quick in making our drinks but we did notice it wasn’t as sweet has other locations when we asked for normal sweetness. We could barely taste any flavor or sweetness even though it was requested to be “normal sweetness.”

Also, the past 4 times, the boba was in huge clumps. The most recent time, the clump was so big it filled my whole palm. Not enjoyable at all. I hope they can improve how they make their boba to prevent clumping together and have better sweetness level.

The two people working day shift today were really nice and accommodating! Pearls are a bit hard, but the drinks taste good.

I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. I get that UberEats customers aren’t physically in the store, but disregarding and delaying online orders for half an hour is absolutely unacceptable. I’m saying this as the delivery driver who had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour.

the boba is really good but fair warning the tiger milk tea is in a really small cup (also still the normal price of their regular drinks) and all of their speciality drinks are in this small cup. they don’t disclaim that unfortunately. i’m a huge sipper like it takes me a while to finish drinks but i finished this so quickly :( . oh well now i know! it’s good otherwise ☺️

Sent out my order without any boba straws, this is BOBA DRINKS, not a coke, you don’t sip at it. Sending orders out without boba straws just doesn’t make any sense. Yes mistakes happen but if you work at a boba shop then putting straws in the bag should become muscle memory by day 2. Come on people!

Our favorite bubble tea place in Denton! Staff is always super friendly and helpful if you have any questions. My husband and I like ordering the classic black or green milk tea with 50% less sugar and less ice. They do use dairy free creamer for those who don’t do dairy. They also have a small basket near the register where yarn plushies are sold. All were cute, but I decided on purchasing the bumble bee. Overall, it’s great place for milk tea and other drink items!

This has been my favorite boba place in Denton for years; however, this past experience was not the best. I went in around 8:20 pm on Friday night. I asked for a taro pearl milk tea and a matcha milk tea. I’m not sure if the appliances used were washed properly or if something else was added into the drinks, but my drinks both tasted like soap. I’ve never experienced this before, especially at this location. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s new staff that are still in training, but I would suggest making sure that appliances are cleaned properly before usage.

Went in and waited for 10 minutes just for nobody to help me. 3 employees in the back just on their phones w no customers over 3hrs away from closing.?

All the employees were just in the back on their phones and they never came to take our order.
