Super sweet! I just went in and ordered. I lost my voice and typed out my order on my notes app because I haven't been here in a long time and didn't know there was an order kiosk. The workers just took it in stride though. I hope y'all see this and don't think I was just trying to be extra. I didn't know there was a kiosk. Sigh. Thank you though.

The new owner is super sweet and thoughtful. She got everything prepared for my big order thoughtfully. She is also generous and gave us some free drinks. Order was on time. Go give them a try.

During a recent road trip, my kids stumbled upon Sharetea in Denton, and their enthusiastic request to stop there turned out to be one of the highlights of our journey! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a bright, clean atmosphere that instantly put us at ease.

The boba tea options are simply fantastic! My children were thrilled to choose from a wide variety of flavors, and their smiles spoke volumes as they sipped each delicious drink. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, adding an extra layer of fun to our experience.

What truly made our visit memorable was the friendly staff. They were welcoming and happy to assist us in navigating the menu, ensuring we found exactly what we wanted. Their kindness and attentive service made us feel like regulars.

If you're traveling through Denton or just looking for a delightful place to treat the family, I highly recommend Sharetea.

I went to sharetea about 3 weeks ago for the first time and i honestly really enjoyed it. The place was really cute and the workers were nice, took a while to get my order but it was kinda busy so i understand. I got a matcha strawberry drink and i enjoyed it!

Amazing service, amazing drinks, occasional free bubble pops, banger music, and all the workers are hot, 10/10

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience truly deserves one.
I visited around 7:55 p.m. and waited until 8:30 p.m. — over 35 minutes — for just two mango black teas. I understand delays can happen, but for such a simple order, the wait was excessive and completely unreasonable.
What made it worse was the way I was treated. I asked twice about my order and was met with rudeness. One of the workers simply said, “It’s just gonna be longer,” in a dismissive and disrespectful tone — no explanation, no apology, just attitude.
When I finally got the drinks, one spilled over the worker’s hand as they handed it to me (thankfully it had a lid). Still, no apology or acknowledgment — just poor service overall. Only one employee showed any courtesy, and I appreciated that, but the rest of the experience left a really bad impression.
The drinks themselves were great, which is the frustrating part. I want to like this place, but the customer service absolutely needs improvement. Management really needs to address how staff are treating paying customers — especially during busy times.

Overall, this place has a great atmosphere. The vibe is definitely clean and positive, and that makes a huge difference. It's easy to feel comfortable here. I really liked the staff—they are genuinely helpful and professional, always making sure you're taken care of. Plus, the quality is maintained pretty well; whatever they offer is consistently good, which I appreciate.

It was my first time trying this Sharetea branch. I ordered a Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea and added Crystal Boba. When I got my drink, I noticed there were no pearls, just Crystal Boba. I was in a rush, so I figured maybe the server just swapped it out.

Later, I checked my receipt and saw I was charged $8.12. I tried ordering again through the app to double-check, and it looks like substituting pearls with Crystal Boba should only be $7.31 , the $8.12 is when you add Crystal Boba.

I really wanted to trust the staff got my order right. Hopefully they can work on this mistake.

Unlike who played bass at the last show I was at, I remembered to review this place. In all seriousness, I appreciate the employees always being nice here

I go here often & their boba is amazing. one of the employees was kind enough to give me, my son & fiancée an opportunity to try one of their new bubble pop products for free, which was great. she was so kind and will be back without a doubt :)

Employees are super friendly, music is great, drinks are carefully made, and I love all the crafts the staff are selling.
