Walked in and made eye contact with 3 employees who all refused to acknowledge me. I stood there at the order counter for a while and waited for someone to say literally anything to me and ultimately decided just to leave. As I left the girl with all the facial piercings literally laughed like her and her coworkers behavior was funny. I will literally never come here again.

They did not let my 8 years old little girl to use the bathroom. Their bathroom is for employees only. I feel that was rude and inconsiderate.

I usually like coming here after visiting the gym, but now I limit my trips as often as I can. The new “manager” I assume, a somewhat stout guy with glasses and curly light brown hair NEVER does anything and lets his only other associate in the mornings handle all customers by themselves. He’s acting like he can’t help make the drinks because his foot is in a boot, but walking around without any pain it seems. At the time of writing this, it took about 30 minutes to get my drink, not because the store was packed, but because he refused to assist what I can only assume is a new associate who doesn’t yet have the knowledge or speed that comes with experience. Additionally anytime I come in his attitude towards myself and other customers from what I’ve noticed is one of annoyance and disdain. I’m incredibly disappointed with how far this location has fallen in terms of customer service…

Horrible customer service by an African American girl and she always rushes while making my smoothie and ends up making it wrong. Solid 1/5. Not coming back for sure.

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to leaving my house which is another 15 minutes and they didn't have ready, took forever to make it.

Was cursed at and a kicked out the store after respectfully asking for my smoothie to be remade because it was just ice, water, and almonds poorly blended together due to a new employee not hitting the proper buttons upon ordering. As a former smoothie king employee I am considerate and respectful. I even waited for a few people to leave the store because I didn’t want to make a scene or put the new guy on blast but I was straight up disrespected in front of the entire store by a young african American lady. Ended up not even getting a smoothie and just wasting 10 dollars.

My husband and I order from here at least 3 times a week because it's close to our work. I'm so sick of the attitude behind the counter. We get the pineapple spinach smoothie and mine is ALWAYS GREEN, the last time I got one this color there were bananas in it, I'm not stupid but they try to give me " when these two colors mix" spiel. First off don't talk to me like I'm stupid, and then walks away and says well OK you have a good one and was mumbling under her breath. It's a busy place and if you can't handle it probably shouldn't be there. These smoothies are not cheap to be talked to like you're bothering them!

The smoothies are delicious and great. I have order from the one off Brinker Rd . every Thursday or Friday for a year. We take a smoothie to my granddaughters tutor for a treat. Today I have to say one of the staff was so rude I was a counter she raised her hands and turned around and went to back not even asking if I had been helped. I think she said her name was Dawnta. The other young girl with red hair was very helpful seen my phone where I had placed the order for pick up at 1:00 and paid full price for a 32oz smoothie. She went ahead and started my order even if they couldn't find the ticket. Then when order was done the other lady name Dawnta that was so rude said you can't give her that until you find the ticket. I placed the order for pick up at 1:00 because my granddaughter had class and we are on a schedule. This will be our last time at that locations. I will try the one off Teasley next. Surely the staff will be nice enough to say thank you or could I help you.

Jordyn is my favorite employee. She’s always so sweet & she’s given me some of my favorite smoothies based on recipes she’s tried. Never a bad experience when she’s there!

My experience was as expected - I pre-ordered on the app about 30 minutes before closing and when I walked into the store my smoothie was in the rack where the completed smoothies are ready and waiting. The staff greeted me kindly when I walked in. Good experience for sure.

They get a one star from me one of the girls has a really bad attitude and is rude. Overall they got me my drink fast. And the vibes was okay but the attitude was so uncalled for.

Horrible experience. I go to Smoothie King near my house all the time and the service is great, but I was in Denton in the area of this location and stopped by to get my usual smoothie. I knew right away from looking at it that it was the wrong smoothie. (Oh, they didn't even call my name to let me know it was ready but just set it down.) I get the Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha ALL the time and I knew this was not right - it was very dark brown. I told the young woman, "This isn't right." She gave me a smart aleck response that coffee is brown - and I said, "I get this all the time - this is NOT right." I didn't get an apology or anything. The other staff member just said "Fine," and redid it. This time they did it right - and again didn't even tell me when it was ready. I have NEVER seen such rude staff at a Smoothie King. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible!
