(Sigh) Where do I begin? I normally don't even do reviews but my negative experience happened twice within 2 weeks of each other. I've visited this location twice 2 weeks apart in the last month and both times they didn't have drink carriers. Yes you read that right, they are always out of drink carriers! What does that mean if you order more than a couple of smoothies? It means prepare for a gigantic mess! How is this location always out of drink carriers the two separate times I've gone there? Other locations I've never had this problem. The staff for the most part is friendly. The location is clean which is great. I just honestly feel like it depends on who works that day that will determine the quality of smoothie your going to get. I ordered one of my favorite smoothies that contained almonds in it on one of these visits and the almonds weren't blended all the way. I was literally chewing my smoothie and couldn't enjoy it. It was a waste of my hard earned money because half way through, I was over it and poured the rest out. I wasn't given my proper discount the other time I visited. The staff should be more knowledgeable on promotions and app related questions. I'm pretty much done with this location. I'll go else where if I want a smoothie.

Delicious and so glad that they added these to their menu!The woman at the counter heard me mention to my son that the one he was considering had a Peanut butter drizzle on it. Before we even ordered, she proactively asked if he has an allergy, and she said she could sub another topping and would be careful when preparing it. I truly appreciate this as it can sometimes lead to a lecture at some places advising that they can't guarantee, blah, blah, blah...Thank you! Highly recommended

I don't like the fact that when I order a smoothie in the drive thru you get the credit card machine shoved in your face so you leave a tip. They just started this and it's too much for drive thru. Plus the smoothies are way too expensive to be leaving a tip

I have never, ever encountered an employee this disrespectful in my entire life. My drink had an artificial sugar in it (which I had not asked for) and upon giving me back the drink, the lady almost tossed it into my vehicle. I kindly denied it and drove away. Stopped going to any smoothie king after this. Truly an aversive experience.

Smoothie king is so good. I personally like the smoothie bowls the best. The service was ok. They did get our order wrong but immediately fixed it and got us a new one. The wait was not long at all. We were also the only ones in the drive through so it was very fast. The environment was good. The man that made are bowls was nice about us telling him that are order was wrong. The place was very nice and clean looking on the inside. Overall this is a great smoothie king and would definitely recommend.
Great store! I come in at least once a week and it's always clean and the staff are super helpful. The manager Charity is great and very patient especially when I ask lots of questions about what I should get! She knows everything about everything and it's so nice to have someone to help me find exactly what I want!

Online prices are more than they should be by up to 1.50 per item. Customer service is slow and inaccurate with long wait times. Least preferred location in Denton county.

Always disappointing when a business does not honor it’s posted hours of operation. Went to get a smoothie at 8:45 pm and was told they were closed despite their hours being listed as open until 9 pm. Not much to say other than they have lost my trust moving forward.

Careful going here if you have allergies watched a guy behind the counter use a dirty rag to wipe the rim of my cup which had other smoothie remnants on it. Can't imagine that would be safe for someone with a peanut or berry allergy ?
