Our carhop was Kevin, he was phenomenal, great service but also really sweet to talk to. When we come we would like to tip him. The food was also super fresh and hot. I really liked the peppermint brownie shake!

They are disgusting, they messed up our order and wouldn't fix it without charging us even more when the beginning price was already over priced. Dont recommend, go to the sonic a couple miles further, trust me.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! And the food is worse! I ordered a meal at the far end and not sure if there are issues with the speaker, but I constantly had to repeat myself (which of course was no biggie). But the worker constantly cut me off as I was trying to state what I wanted. Thankfully one of the employees was outside on his scooter and walked over and started speaking into the speaker for me. However, the food was literally burnt. The bacon was BLACK, the tater tots were saturated with salt, and the meat taste like they marinated it in salt. The guy who gave me my order was extremely rude as well. I’m like 90 percent confident the employees tampered with my food. Sonic has the same recipes across all locations in the state of Texas and adding extra salt to a burger patty is not a part of that. I ate a couple of bites because I thought that maybe I was over exaggerating, but literally no joke, it was so salty that I could not taste the ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Why is it that this place always has the rudest staff and can never give the right suases and when you ask they tell you they have given you enough and argues with you, other sonics are great but this location is the worst.

Been sitting here for twenty minutes, They serve to everyone around me besides me. Also i was over charged for my food. Ask an employee that walked by all he said was. I just work here. I don't know. I will be honest. I've never experienced service like this before. I will Never coming back here again

I waited 22 minutes for an online order for one burger and one small fry... Absurd. So so disappointed. This is a drive-in, they're always so fast. The carhop didn't even say a word to me when she came to drop off the order. They also didn't put my sauce for the groovy fries in the bag... This place has let me down.
They forgot the sauce. On top of everything else going on in the world, they forgot the sauce. Scheduling an extra therapist appointment this week to cope. Sonic should pay for it tbh. SAD!
