UPDATE: This management team yet again proves to be customer focused. This is why I Sonic here. Thank you! Previously Reviewed.... I had an order mix up and received the wrong items. This will happen from time to time and they didn't choose me because of a bad hair day or anything. I politely brought it to their attention. Immediately the manager was at my car apologizing and making things right. It reminded me of customer service how it used to be when customer satisfaction was goal number one. They keep a customer as a result.

It took my husband about 5 to 8 minutes just to pick a mobile order and then I called to the store to ask if there was a problem with my online order she asked if I sent it to the right one so I send my husband a screenshot of yes it was the correct one so then she said well there is only two of us here I told her it’s only two drinks and of course she came back with well it still hasn’t popped up on my screen yet but it does that all the time so I told her she can take a look at screenshots I sent my husband and she said they are already giving him the drinks so if you don’t see my order pop up on your screen how you giving him drinks ????? My husband had to tell them it was a large big red with extra ice and a half and half tea with a shot of cranberry this is ridiculous to go through all that trouble just to get two drink which it was a mobile order smh this place needs to be retrain in everything and even in customer service it’s crazy how I get the attitude when it’s not even my fault smh I hope Mrs. Jamie can get her crew right because this is not good customer service!!!!!

they are usually good but on mon, they failed. I got no ice in my rt. 44 sweet tea and when I asked for some ice she brought out a small cup of ice, and when I said something it was like are ypu kidding me. not good at all.

Worse service I have ever experienced. Carhop had an extremely disrespectful attitude and demeanor. Refused to get me a manager. When I called the store to ask for a manager she answers and placed me on a very long wait then hangs up. Never returning to this location. Just despicable
Took me eight minutes to get a plain junior cheeseburger. No one was in line in front of me in the drive through. The only positive thing about this experience was the gentleman who helped me.His name was cory. He was very nice and apologetic - but it took way too long to get one teeny item.

When we received our food my wife's chili cheese tots were put in the bag upside down, so when we tried to take it out it got everywhere. We were not warned how to open it. This store is the only sonic that consistently gotten at least one thing wrong per order. But, after our food was basically dumped on us we will not be returning to this store. There's two other sonics in Denton that are so much better.
