I stopped eating at sonic long time ago because I ordered hamburger and they bring a cheeseburger today I ordered a hamburger with mustard and it comes with mayonnaise I got couple friends this always happens too so it will be a while if ever I go back no I don’t send the food back I just drive across the street to whataburger just a hamburger nothing to get mad about I just want what I ordered the way I ordered

I was there last night. Service? Slow... I understand that when I went there is was near closing time. Placed my order. Waited. I'm fine with waiting--I understand food service can be a bit taxing especially before closing. When the order was delivered, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. The rub.... the only thing right about said order was the soda. They forgot the side, and the sandwich was completely wrong. I found out that the side was forgotten upon pulling away. I called the store to let them know that they forgot my side. Okay.... long night.... I get it. I called the store to let them know. The receiver of the call did apologize for the error and told me that they had my order ready, and that I could come back by to get it. I declined. I called them to inform them of the mistake... I accepted it. Again.... it was near closing time. Mistakes happen. I've a small appetite and probably should not have chosen a side. I get home.... to eat what was given me. Again--- long night near closing. The sandwich was also wrong. I ordered a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce--- not only did I not get a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce-- I got instead a double cheese burger WITH lettuce. Wrong sandwich, and they even messed the no lettuce request. So I went ahead and ate it... Why? Hungry. I accepted their mistake. That said... I'm Gen X--- I realize that people may be having a bad day. Closing time is near..... And you just wanna finish the day. Granted. However------ you know what never mind--- this store blew my order--- the service was slow---- and I've feeling that they don't even care--- to also summarize--- the order was wrong, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. On a scale of 1 to 10? Meh. The sandwich I got? Wrong. Meh. At least they got the soda right.

3rd time attempting to use the app ALWAYS FAILS!!! Why have Apple Pay if it’s never going to work. Was charged 3x and order ended up being cancelled. Drove to the University location drive thru and received horrible service. She told us to pull to a parking spot because they weren’t using the drive thru. What?! Pulled up and person who came on rushed us and provided horrible service. Decided not to purchase anything and left. Deleting app will not go back to this location.

Waited 30 minutes for tater tots, Tony came over to us twice trying to give us a coney, not our order. On the third time he told us the fryer is broken and offered the coney again. Complete waste of time and terrible service.

I had an order mix up and received the wrong items. This will happen from time to time and they didn't choose me because of a bad hair day or anything. I politely brought it to their attention. Immediately the manager was at my car apologizing and making things right. It reminded me of customer service how it used to be when customer satisfaction was goal number one. They keep a customer as a result.

It took my husband about 5 to 8 minutes just to pick a mobile order and then I called to the store to ask if there was a problem with my online order she asked if I sent it to the right one so I send my husband a screenshot of yes it was the correct one so then she said well there is only two of us here I told her it’s only two drinks and of course she came back with well it still hasn’t popped up on my screen yet but it does that all the time so I told her she can take a look at screenshots I sent my husband and she said they are already giving him the drinks so if you don’t see my order pop up on your screen how you giving him drinks ????? My husband had to tell them it was a large big red with extra ice and a half and half tea with a shot of cranberry this is ridiculous to go through all that trouble just to get two drink which it was a mobile order smh this place needs to be retrain in everything and even in customer service it’s crazy how I get the attitude when it’s not even my fault smh I hope Mrs. Jamie can get her crew right because this is not good customer service!!!!!
