Just trying to get someone's attention at the drive thru window to get a straw, dude in the kitchen is literally just staring at us. Like we get it dude, you are just "in the kitchen", but you could have still gotten someone. Then when someone finally did come back to help us we were told we should have just pressed the button at the stall. Excuse me? We were just trying to save having to send someone back out by getting it at the window.

I reluctantly tried this location again and it was yet again a miserable experience. App NEVER works, order is wrong, and waited over 15 minutes just for a drink. Never coming back and highly recommend you go to a different location

On February 24th around 130PM, I was served raw chicken. They did offer me a refund which I accepted but I probably won’t go back which is a bummer because my son and I liked to get drinks while we did our laundry.

They have problems with concepts like "no ice" and "diet".Dietary restrictions: If you cannot distinguish between diet and regular, especially when it is written down, you have no business making food for people. Apparently they can't.

I seriously paid $3.50 for this??? The cheese wasn't even melted either. A Chicken slinger is only a few cents cheaper and is worth more than this. Sonic needs to figure out proportions becuase this isn't on the kids menu.
Good food but the speakers are extremely bad. I have to yell like Catholic nun to a left-handed toddler in order to get my order in. Very outdated.
