I visited during happy hour from 2pm to 4pm, when soft drinks are half price. It seems that window orders were down, and there were a lot of cars waiting to order. I had a mobile order, so the wait was long, but I was able to receive the food I ordered. The staff seemed to be having a hard time going to the car and handwriting the order. The staff did not complain even though it was hot outside and responded with a smile even though it was difficult. The staff were very nice. 5 stars for the service staff! ! I will come again to buy Sonic food.

I have been going to this sonic for 5 years. It was one of the best. But now Im very disappointed on how it is ran very slow, my food is cold. The new manager is very Unprofessional and rude to her employees. And look very unpresentable

Got my chicken wrap couple hours ago, and it was completely hard and nasty! Was completely disgusting, could not eat it what so ever... I will never be going to sonic again
I ordered the spicy chicken meal and noticed I was being charged an additional .50 for the drink. When asked why I was being charged they said so you want the medium drink. I replied I'd like the one included with the meal. They removed the additional charge. I got home and took a bite and it didn't taste good so I opened up the sandwich which exposed brown Nasty looking lettuce. I went back with sandwich and talked to the manager and told her I couldn't eat the sandwich and explained why. Instead of an apology with a refund she got offensive and said she could only refund for the sandwich as I ate the fries and tatter tots which I said was fine. She comes back in a huff and hands me the whole refund. How was I in the wrong when the sandwich was filled with bad lettuce?? Maybe you should get a new manager as she is bad for business.
