Horrible, I ordered a 5pc chicken strips combo and received 1 regular size and the rest are weird looking nuggets and the onion rings are extremely over cooked. Service was crap at best was cut off while placing the order in the middle of asking a question. Avoid this location there's like 2 others near by

We did not get one of our drinks and all of our burgers had the wrong labels, so everyone go the wrong burger. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but other people started eating before we realized. This could’ve all been solved if they had the right stickers on the wrapping. The person taking our order, Jonathon, was absolutely amazing though.

car hop was rude and unhelpful. order was wrong as always. we've tried to give it shot after shot cause the other locations are also TRASH 🗑. drinks were disgusting which is shocking cause how do you mess up a drink? happy to say we never have to go here again.

Sat in my car 5 min waiting for them to answer my button as I watched other cars pull up get served and leave ( it wasnt busy maybe 2 cars at a time) flagged a lady down to check if my bottom worked and said what happened was told it works then walked away without helping the situation had to wait another 5 min and 2 cars later before my button was even answered in total took 9 minutes to finally be helped while watching others come and go then 3 min for my drink to be delivered definitely picking a different one next time.

I ordered 3 drinks on the app 8 minutes prior to being there, when I got there I told them I had an app order and told them my name. It took forever when I got to the window, they then asked if I had a different order, I told them what mine was and when they handed me my order my drinks were completely wrong. Plus I ordered to pick up at the stall and added a tip for that and none of them were open.

Got there at 10:41pm on a Thursday when Google says they close at 11pm. Tried to order an ice cream but was told that they always turn the ice cream machine off 20 minutes early. This is the weirdest business practice I have heard in a while. Do your workers like not getting those tips for the last 20 minutes? What are people even ordering at 10:40 on a Thursday night if not ice cream? Coffee and sodas? Makes Sonic look out of touch and like penny pinchers that don’t want to pay their workers to close up after-hours like any normal business. Cheapos. I want my ice cream.

We also ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger, the onions were raw and there was only one piece of bacon. Portion control and quality needs a lot of work.

The food seems lower quality as of late. I will not visit another Sonic again. I'm from San Antonio. I recently moved to Denton and they both leave much to be desired for the hamburgers. I'm not sure how my kids can eat this. It taste gross. Prices continue to increase but food quality has gone down.

Worst sonic ever!!!!! Not only do they take long on a mobile order but they never get the orders right this place needs a better handle on their employees and get moving I was always told if you don’t like you job then Find another one don’t mess up an order or take forever to hand out an order SMH!!!!!! this must be a place where lazy people get hired because when the order goes in they do a half ass job maybe they need to take advice or even business tip from the sonic down the street next time I will drive an extra 5 minutes down the street just so I can get what I ordered and they don’t make you wait almost 20 to 25 minutes on a movie order that has been sent and paid for SMH!!!!!
