Today I have ordered here chicken nuggets and drinks and since me being first time here I was confused with ordering and staff instead of helping was very rude especially this girl who did the service , she was literally imitating my words behind me which I overheard and she purposefully delayed giving my order just because I couldn’t do the card payment properly and there was the offer of free solar eclipse glasses for a specific drink and I have ordered 2 drinks and she gave me only one free glasses upon asking she brought me another one but the way she was very rude. I hope management understand this and teach their employees to adhere to customer needs. One thing for sure this service made turned down my opinion towards sonic drive in.

For awhile I was coming here most mornings (trying to survive having a toddler and a newborn) and I never wrote a review! I love this location. I've never had my food messed up, cold, or waited longer than average for my food. They make a decent sonic sunrise, some sonics are unaware of that drink. I worked at Sonic in highschool and I was impressed by this location. There is this one manager who is a very lovely young woman who is always cheerful with great customer service skills. When they've been short staffed I've seen her carhop and run drive thru which isn't easy.

They're fast, however both times I've ordered from this particular sonic my drink add-ons have not been included and I've just been given a regular soda. Just ordered a big red with strawberries and sweet cream and did not receive either despite ordering them. I want a partial refund and called them to let them know of the error on my order and they didn't pick up the phone nor did they have voicemail set up.
